    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display device includes a first display panel including a first and second transparent substrate, a first liquid crystal layer, and a first light-emitting element, a second display panel including a third and fourth transparent substrate, a second liquid crystal layer and a second light emitting element, a filling member provided between the first and second display panel and having a refractive index equal to that of the first to fourth transparent substrates, a first light guide bonded to the first and second display panel, and a first adhesive member provided between the first display panel and the first light guide and between the second display panel and the first light guide.

An example of the concrete structure is that: A display device having a substrate including a display area, plural pixels formed in the display area, the pixel includes a first thin film transistor having an oxide semiconductor film, a first insulating film made of a first silicon oxide on a first side of the oxide semiconductor film, a second insulating film made of a second silicon oxide on a second side of the oxide semiconductor film, wherein oxygen desorption amount per unit area from the first insulating film is larger than that from the second insulating film, when measured by TDS (Thermal Desorption Spectrometry) provided M/z=32 and a measuring range in temperature is from 100 centigrade to 500 centigrade.

    Abstract: A display device includes: a light source; a display panel capable of receiving the light from a first surface side and transmitting the light to a second surface side; and a light guiding member. The display panel is inclined with respect to an orthogonal plane orthogonal to an optical axis of the light. The light guiding member has an output surface framed by an output port of the light and inclined with respect to the orthogonal plane. An inclination direction of the display panel is identical to an inclination direction of the output surface. The light guiding member has such a shape that a distance between inner surfaces of the light guiding member and the optical axis increases toward the first surface side from the light source side, and the inner surfaces opposing each other at positions orthogonal to the optical axis are not uniform in curvature.

The sensor element is mounted on the substrate. The sensor element includes a pixel electrode, a switching element, a common electrode and an organic photo detector layer. The switching element is electrically connected to the pixel electrode. The common electrode is opposed to the pixel electrode. The organic photo detector layer is provided between the pixel electrode and the common electrode. The light source is provided in a same layer as the organic photo detector layer.

    Abstract: According to one embodiment, a display device includes a substrate, an anode electrode, a light emitting element and a reflector plate. The anode electrode is arranged on the substrate. The light emitting element is mounted on the anode electrode. The reflector plate is arranged under the anode electrode, and is arranged to overlap a region where the light emitting element is mounted, in planar view. An anode terminal is arranged on a bottom part and electrically connected to the anode electrode. A cathode terminal is arranged across an entire upper surface on a side opposite to the anode terminal. The anode electrode being smaller than the cathode terminal in a position overlapping the region where the light emitting element is mounted in planar view.
