    Abstract: A universal rotating module is provided. The universal rotating module comprises a main body including a first portion and two second portions; a main shaft passing through the through groove to pivotally connected to the main body; two bearings sleeved on and pivotally connected to the second portions along the second direction, respectively; two rollers pivotally connected to the second portions along a third direction, respectively; two hemispherical casings fixed to the two bearings, respectively. The first portion includes a through groove extending along a first direction, and the two second portions protrude from opposite sides of the first portion along a second direction, respectively. Each of the hemispherical casing includes a through hole at the top, and a portion of each of the rollers is exposed out of the corresponding through hole.

    Abstract: A display device and an operation method thereof are provided. The display device includes a frame scaler, a timing controller, a LCD panel and a source driver. The frame scaler provides a plurality of image data according to an image signal and determines whether the image data are repeatedly transmitted according to a frame control signal. When the image data are repeatedly transmitted, the image data transmitted firstly are set to correspond to gray scale data, and the image data retransmitted are set to correspond to a display image transmitted by the image signal. The timing controller receives the image data to provide a plurality of image display data and receives the frame control signal to determine a data transmission rate of the image display data. The source driver provides a plurality of display voltages to the LCD panel according to the image display data.

    Abstract: A proximity sensor and a mobile communication device thereof are provided. The mobile communication device includes an antenna structure, a matching circuit, a capacitance sensing circuit and a processing circuit. The matching circuit couples to the antenna structure. The capacitance sensing circuit couples to the matching circuit. The capacitance sensing circuit senses a capacitance variation on the antenna structure via the matching circuit and accordingly generates a proximity sensing signal. The processing circuit is coupled to the capacitance sensing circuit to receive the proximity sensing signal. When a signal level of the proximity sensing signal exceeds a first threshold value, an object is determined approaching, and when the signal level of the proximity sensing signal exceeds a second threshold value, a human body is determines approaching. The first and the second threshold value are different.

    Abstract: A charging method and a portable electronic device using the same are provided. The charging method includes following steps: detecting a battery voltage and a charging current of a battery module; determining whether the portable electronic device operates at a constant voltage (CV) charging mode; executing an impedance calculation at the CV charging mode to obtain a first battery voltage corresponding to a first predetermined current and a second battery voltage corresponding to a second predetermined current; calculating a compensation impedance according to the predetermined current and the battery voltages; setting a maximum charging voltage according to the compensation impedance and executing a CV charging to the battery module accordingly; determining whether a current variation of the charging current is larger than a threshold value; re-executing the impedance calculation; updating a setting value of the maximum charging voltage when the current variation is larger than the threshold value.

    Abstract: A tablet adapted to be combined with a rod holder is provided. The tablet comprises a device body with a first surface and a second surface. The device body includes a first side edge, a second side edge adjacent to the first side edge, and a support area located at a joint of the first side edge and the second side edge. A through hole extending through the first surface and the second surface is formed at the support area. When the rod holder is inserted through the through hole to be combined with the device body, an end of the rod holder abuts against a supporting surface, and a support angle is formed between the device body and the supporting surface via the other end of the rod holder.
