Abstract: A contextual visual-based synthetic-aperture radar (SAR) target detection method and apparatus, and a storage medium, belonging to the field of target detection is described. The method includes: obtaining an SAR image; and inputting the SAR image into a target detection model, and positioning and recognizing a target in the SAR image by using the target detection model, to obtain a detection result. In the present disclosure, a two-way multi-scale connection operation is enhanced through top-down and bottom-up attention, to guide learning of dynamic attention matrices and enhance feature interaction under different resolutions. The model can extract the multi-scale target feature information with higher accuracy, for bounding box regression and classification, to suppress interfering background information, thereby enhancing the visual expressiveness. After the attention enhancement module is added, the detection performance can be greatly improved with almost no increase in the parameter amount and calculation amount of the whole neck.

Abstract: Provided is a zero-clearance fifth-generation (5G) ultra-wideband (UWB) Multiple-Input Multiple-Output (MIMO) antenna, including a main dielectric substrate, lateral dielectric substrates, and multiple antenna elements, where the lateral dielectric substrates are arranged at two sides of the main dielectric substrate; the multiple antenna elements are arranged on the lateral dielectric substrates; the antenna elements each include a feeding element and a grounding radiator element; the feeding element is provided at an inner side of each of the lateral dielectric substrates; and the grounding radiator element is provided at an outer side of the lateral dielectric substrate. Under a combined action of the feeding element and the grounding radiator element, the present disclosure forms a dual-resonant antenna structure to effectively cover N77, N78, N79 and 5G wireless local area network bands in 5G mobile communication, and achieves the desirable antenna efficiency as well as desirable isolation and ECC between the antenna elements.

Abstract: Provided are a method for preparing a gel composite material with a piezoelectric property, and the gel composite material and use thereof, which belongs to the field of intelligent road traffic. In the method, titanium-containing blast furnace slag and metal oxides (PbO and ZrO2) are sufficiently and uniformly mixed, an obtained mixture is calcined under a certain thermal system, on the theoretical basis of mineral-phase reconstruction-synergistic regulation of all valuable components, and the mixture is cooled to a room temperature with a furnace to obtain the gel composite material with a piezoelectric property.

Abstract: A device for measuring a flow velocity and a flow direction and geological parameters of groundwater through cross holes of deep wells includes detectors and a device for throwing the tracer source. A method includes measuring a correspondence between a conductivity and a concentration of a tracer solution at different temperatures in a laboratory; selecting at least two boreholes; selecting a target aquifer section; placing the detectors in the target aquifer section in the hole to test a conductivity background value and a temperature value; using the device for throwing the tracer source to place the tracer solution in the hole for throwing the tracer source, and using the detectors to measure a water conductivity and temperature in a detection hole, to obtain a distribution curve of a tracer solution solubility with time; performing cross-test, and calculating the seepage flow velocity and flow direction of groundwater in the hole.

Abstract: A preparation method of zaleplon is provided and belongs to the technical field of pharmaceutical chemistry. The preparation method adopts simple and cheap m-nitrobenzaldehyde and triethylamine as raw materials, and constructs a core structure of zaleplon with high efficiency and high selectivity through a one-pot series reaction without transition metal catalysis, thereby avoiding the formation of isomers, reducing the generation of by-products, increasing the yield of target products and reducing the synthesis cost; and after simple nitro reduction modification, zaleplon is prepared. The method has the advantages of short preparation route, mild reaction conditions and simple operation, so the method is suitable for industrial production.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a sense amplifier, a memory, and a method for controlling a sense amplifier, relating to the technical field of semiconductor memories. The sense amplifier comprises: an amplification module; and a control module, electrically connected to the amplification module; wherein, in an offset compensation stage of the sense amplifier, the control module is used to configure the amplification module to comprise a diode structure, a current mirror structure, and an inverter with an input and an output connected together; and in a first amplification stage of the sense amplifier, the control module is used to configure the amplification module as an inverter. The present disclosure can realize the offset compensation of the sense amplifier, thereby improving the performance of semiconductor memories.

Abstract: A passive energy-storage exoskeleton for assisting elbow joint is provided, which includes an upper arm unit, a lower arm unit, and an elbow joint unit located therebetween, the upper arm unit is rotatably connected with the lower arm unit. The elbow joint unit includes an anti-gravity mechanism, a coil spring mechanism, and a lower-arm-unit self-locking mechanism. The anti-gravity mechanism generates an equilibrant moment to eliminate the influence of the weight of the arm of the user and the weight of the device on the elbow joint. The lower-arm-unit self-locking mechanism is configured for locking/releasing the lower arm unit at any specified angle of rotation. The coil spring mechanism is configured for capturing and storing kinetic energy generated by rotation and swing of the arm of the user and releasing the energy as required.
