Abstract: The invention discloses a communication method and device utilized in a vehicle convoy. The method comprises: a leader vehicle obtaining, from a network apparatus, a first quantity of communication resources; the leader vehicle allocating, according to the first quantity of the communication resource allocated by the network apparatus, a second quantity of the communication resource to a first follower vehicle in the vehicle convoy, and communicating, according to the second quantity of the communication resource, with the first follower vehicle, wherein the first follower vehicle is any one of follower vehicles in the vehicle convoy, and the second quantity is less than or equal to the first quantity. The embodiments provide a novel communication method utilized in a vehicle convoy to resolve an issue of a conventional roadside base station being incapable of timely allocating resources to a vehicle convoy.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present application provide a method and apparatus for transmitting downlink control information (DCI), for solving the technical problem that neither the existing protocol nor the communication system has a method for encoding sounding reference signal resource indication (SRI) and pre-coding matrix indication (TPMI) or rank indication (TRI) information. The method comprises: a network device determines the number of candidate values of preset indication information borne by a preset indication field in the downlink control information (DCI), the preset indication information comprising one of or a combination of two of the sounding reference signal resource indication (SRI) and pre-coding matrix indication (TPMI) or rank indication (TRI) information; the network device determines the length of the preset indication field according to the number of candidate values of the preset indication information, and encodes the preset indication information according to the length to generate the DCI; and the network device sends the DCI to the UE.

Abstract: Disclosed are a method and apparatus for sending information and channel monitoring processing. The method comprises: when a terminal receives a wake-up signal and is woken up, monitoring, within a time window, a paging channel and/or a control channel in a discontinuous reception or an extended discontinuous reception manner; if the terminal receives a paging message and/or control channel scheduling information within the time window, then processing the paging message and/or processing the control channel scheduling information; and if the terminal does not receive a paging message and/or control channel scheduling information within the time window, then not monitoring the paging channel and/or control channel any more, and continuing to receive a wake-up signal. A base station sends the wake-up signal to the terminal, and sends, within a time window, information over a paging channel and/or a control channel in a discontinuous reception or an extended discontinuous reception manner. By means of the present application, it can be ensured that a terminal saves electricity, and that a service of the terminal can be reached.

Abstract: The present invention relates to the technical field of wireless communications, and in particular, to a beam training method and device, for use in resolving the problems in the prior art of excessive time-consuming of a beam training process, large overhead of training signals, and relatively low efficiency. According to embodiments of the present invention, a transmit device sends beam training signals in two times. The first sending of a transmit beam training signal is for a receive device to select a transmit beam using a selected receive beam and report the transmit beam. The second sending is that the transmit device sends a receive beam training signal according to the transmit beam information report of the receive device, so as to train the received beam of the receive device. According to the embodiments of the present invention, an interactive beam training method is used to gradually search for the best transmit beam and receive beam, thereby avoiding completing beam training all at once, reducing beam training time and overhead, and improving efficiency.
