    摘要: A self-expanding medical occlusion device treats a heart defect in a patient and is erted into the body in minimally invasive fashion using a catheter system, and includes raiding of thin threads which exhibits a first preliminarily definable shape as the clusion device is being inserted into the patient's body and a second preliminarily finable shape in the implanted state, whereby the occlusion device is in a collapsed te in the first shape of the braiding and in an expanded state in the second shape of braiding. The threads of braiding are composed of a shape memory polymer mposite such that braiding deforms from a temporary shape to a permanent shape in nsequence of an external stimulus, whereby the temporary shape is given in a first ofile form of the braiding and the permanent shape is given in a second profile form of braiding.

    摘要: A self-expanding medical occlusion device treats a heart defect in a patient and is inserted into the body in minimally invasive fashion using a catheter system, and includes a braiding of thin threads which exhibits a first preliminarily definable shape as the occlusion device is being inserted into the patient's body and a second preliminarily definable shape in the implanted state, whereby the occlusion device is in a collapsed state in the first shape of the braiding and in an expanded state in the second shape of the braiding.     摘要: The invention relates to a self-expandable medical instrument (100) for treating defects in a patient's heart, in particular for the transvascular implantation of a prosthetic heart valve (30), wherein the medical instrument (100) is introducible into the body of a patient in a minimally-invasive procedure using a catheter system (40) and comprises a stent (1) made of a flexible mesh (2) of thin wires or filaments (2′).     摘要: In an ISDN digital communications system, the transmission between the network termination and the terminal equipment ensues via what is referred to as the S.sub.o interface, on the basis of interface transformers. Since the power supply of the terminal equipment likewise partly ensues via these transformers, a current asymmetry in the lines results in a pre-magnetization of the transformers. Thus, the ISDN demands made of the transformers must also be satisfied given a DC pre-magnetization. Compact transformers having a simple winding format that satisfy the ISDN demands are set forth, the transformers utilizing a magnetic core having a fine-crystalline iron-based alloy with an iron part of more than 60 atomic %, the structure thereof being more than 50% fine-crystalline grains having a grain size of less than 100 nm and having a remanence ratio of less than 0.2 and a permeability in the range from 20,000 to 50,000, and an inductance of less than 100 pF.
