A control system of a semiconductor device manufacturing process is disclosed. The system includes a main host computer, host computers connected to the main host computer and process performing apparatuses connected to the host computers. The system checks the integrity of transferred operational instructions between the host computers and process performing apparatuses, in order to prevent errors in the manufacturing process. When the error is detected the system user is notified by audio signals or visual displays.

A recorded telephone message/number identifying apparatus and method using a television set for displaying in sequential time order on the TV screen phone messages recorded during a recipient's absence so that a message selected from the TV screen can be sounded through a TV speaker. The method comprises storing a guide message in a memory unit, transmitting the guide message to a caller and storing a telephone message recorded by the caller, and displaying a plurality of recorded messages on a TV screen when a message confirming key is input and outputting a voice message of a selected caller when a message voicing key is input.

A leakage gas detector for a semiconductor device includes a plurality of inflow apertures into which leakage gas flows. A detector sequentially detects the leakage gas in each of the inflow apertures via a plurality of valves, so as to leak test each of the plurality of inflow apertures for presence of possible leakage gas. Each of the plurality of valves are connected to corresponding of the plurality of inflow apertures to control the suction of the leakage gas into the detector. A controller selectively opens and closes each of the plurality of valves.

An image transmission system for reserving and transmitting an image to be broadcast is provided. The image transmission system includes: an uploading unit for inputting reservation request information for reservation of image transmission and uploading an image; and a server for storing the reservation request information and the image and transmitting the image to one or more recipients' display devices according to the reservation request information.

A method for pairing and operating a multi-mode pointing device is provided. A pointing device may be automatically paired with an image display device. A pairing request signal may be transmitted on a prescribed frequency channel, and a signal may be received indicating information of a plurality of frequency channels. One of the frequency channels may be selected as a pairing frequency channel for operating in a radio frequency mode.

A method of controlling a home appliance having a touch panel and a touch panel home appliance using the same, such as a remote controller for controlling a television receiver, facilitate user recognition and selection of a specific function key displayed on a touchscreen, to enable enhanced control of the function key by a user desiring to step through many values of a range of values quickly and accurately. The method includes steps of displaying a main menu on the touchscreen of the touch panel, the main menu including at least one function key for controlling the home appliance, the touchscreen enabling a function key of the main menu to be selected by a user; displaying, in response to a user selection of one of the at least one function key, a set of enlarged keys corresponding to the selected function key of the main menu, the display of the enlarged keys on the touchscreen wholly replacing the display of the main menu; and executing, in response to a touch event with respect to the touchscreen displaying the set of enlarged keys, a control function corresponding to the selected function key, the control function having a parameter value set according to properties of the touch event.
