Provided is a method for applying filters for dental CT imaging, including: acquiring the dental CT imaging using a dental CT apparatus; extracting an artifact region from the acquired image; applying a first filter to a region other than the artifact region in the acquired image; and outputting the dental CT imaging to which the filter is applied. Dental CT imaging is provided without an artifact region to assist in medical treatment. More specifically, the dental CT imaging without the artifact region around the metal or tooth is able to be provided to assist in dental treatment. Further, the dental CT imaging without a white artifact region is able to be provided at a boundary portion of field of view (FOV) to assist in dental treatment.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to method for simulating mandibular movements, device for the same and recording medium for recording the same. With the method for simulating mandible movements according to the present invention, it is possible to perform the simulation directly on the medical image of the patient and thus simulate the mandibular movements more closely to the actual situation. Therefore, the inaccurate mechanical approximation of the mandibular movement with the articulator according to the conventional art is overcome. In addition, according to the present invention, it is possible to simulate mandibular movements customized to the various states of the patient and specific clinical cases.

A dental membrane disposed in a deficient region of an alveolar bone to form a space for regeneration of the alveolar bone or to surround a bone graft, wherein the dental membrane is fixed by an insert inserted and fixed in the alveolar bone and a cover member combined to the insert, the dental membrane including: an upper portion surrounding a top surface of the deficient region of the alveolar bone; and a side bending portion bended downward from the upper portion and surrounding a side surface of the deficient region of the alveolar bone, wherein the upper portion includes: a combined portion combined to the insert and the cover member to be fixed; and a protruding portion extending and protruding upward from the combined portion.

A bioactive-type of hydrophilic dental implant which is made of titanium or titanium alloy having a rough surface, wherein a coating layer of a mixed solution comprising i) an organic pH buffering agent and/or inorganic pH buffering agent and ii) an organic amphiphilic having sulfonic group is formed on the rough surface which was pre-treated to remove a contaminant. The present invention has effects preventing that the dental implant is exposed to air before it is inserted into the alveolar bone and the implant surface is re-contaminated; improving the biocompatibility of the implant, fluid- and blood-affinity, and the initial osseointegration performance; and shortening the osseointegration period, and the surface of the dental implant can be maintained as being hydrophilic for at least 3 years by using a mixed solution of pH buffering agent and organic amphiphilic substance having sulfonic group as a surface coating solution.

An X-ray imaging apparatus of the present invention includes: a rotation unit disposed on a lower end of a rotation shaft through a sliding part so as to enable a sliding movement along an irradiation direction of X-ray; an X-ray source unit disposed on a lower end of one side of the rotation unit; a sensor unit installed by disposing a shaft rotation part on a lower end of the other side of the rotation unit; a driving unit including: a driving part which provides drive power to the shaft rotation part; and an interlocking part configured to allow the rotation unit to slidably move to one side or the other side according to the rotation state of the shaft rotation part.

A hydrogel and a method for manufacturing the same. The hydrogel, which can be freely used during treatment irrespective of the shape of a bone defect region, has a decomposition rate capable of being regulated in situ and can thus be rapidly decomposed over a certain time, i.e., after the completion of bone regeneration. Furthermore, a hydrogel membrane using the hydrogel which is applied to a bone defect region irrespective of the shape thereof, and a method for manufacturing the same.
