    摘要: This internal gear pump has: a pump housing formed with a rotor receiving cavity which has a cylindrical circumferential inner wall surface; an outer rotor formed with a generally cylindrical outer surface which fits closely and coaxially in the cylindrical circumferential inner wall surface of the rotor receiving cavity and is rotatable around their mutual central axis within the pump housing, and which is further formed with an inner cavity the defining surface of which is formed with a plurality of internally facing teeth; and an inner rotor, somewhat smaller than the inner cavity of the outer rotor, which is formed with a plurality of externally facing teeth which mesh and cooperate with the internally facing teeth of the outer rotor. A pumping chamber is defined between the outer surface of the inner rotor and the inner surface of the outer rotor between the mutually meshing teeth thereof. An aperture is formed in the pump housing to define an intake plenum, and this aperture opens to define an intake port structure through several portions of the circumferential inner wall surface of the rotor receiving cavity, at least one remaining portion of the circumferential inner wall surface of the rotor receiving cavity intervening between separate such several portions of the circumferential wall surface of the rotor receiving cavity which are removed to allow the intake port structure to open therethrough.

    摘要: An automatic die exchanging device for injection molding machine, capable of automatically exchanging split dies on the machine. A mold exchanging base having at least two transfer passages is disposed at a lateral side of the molding machine. A split die composed of two die half parts locked to each other is placed on one of the transfer passages, and the base is moved to bring the vacant transfer passage to a lateral side of the die mounting portion of the molding machine. The die half parts of the die on the injection molding machine are unclamped from the platens and are locked to each other. This die is then transferred by a transfer means from the molding machine to the vacant transfer passage. Then, the base is moved to bring the transfer passage carrying the new die to the lateral side of the die mounting portion to transfer the new die to the molding machine. The die half parts of this new die are clamped to the platens and are unlocked from each other. It is thus possible to perform all of the operations for the die exchange automatically. Since the replacement of the dies on the die exchanging base can be made during the molding operation, the time required for the die exchange is shortened to improve the rate of operation.

In this nonwoven fabric, the glass fiber section has a shape near rectangle, and hence, the glass fibers can be arranged very densely to form a thin nonwoven fabric having a high bulk density, and when it is used as a laminate material, the glass fiber content can be increased and the surface smoothness can simultaneously be enhanced and can be used appropriately as a reinforcing material for a printed wiring board. Moreover, the above flat glass fiber can be produced by use of, for example, a nozzle having such a shape that one side of the major axis walls of a nozzle chip having a flat nozzle hole is partly notched.

    摘要: A printing apparatus and an ink-discharge status detection method which perform appropriate print control by detecting discharge failure with a simple construction, without reducing the printing speed. The apparatus, to which the method is applied, performs test ink discharge from a part of nozzles of a printhead while scanning the printhead, and detects ink discharge statuses of the nozzles of the printhead by using a photosensor in an area between the home position of the printhead and a position outside of an effective printing area. In next detection, nozzles different from those used in the previous test ink discharge are used for performing test ink discharge, and discharge statuses are detected. Discharge statuses of all the nozzles are detected in forward and backward scannings or a plurality of scannings.
