    Abstract: A pixel driving circuit, an array substrate and a display device are provided. The pixel driving circuit includes a first interlayer dielectric layer and a second interlayer dielectric layer. The first interlayer dielectric layer is arranged on the side of a gate layer lead away from a base substrate and is formed with a first via hole exposing the gate layer lead. The second interlayer dielectric layer is arranged on the side of the first interlayer dielectric layer away from the base substrate and is formed with a second via hole exposing the first via hole. A source drain layer lead is arranged on the side of the second interlayer dielectric layer away from the base substrate and is electrically connected to the gate layer lead through the first via hole and the second via hole.

    Abstract: Disclosed are an array substrate, a display panel and a display device. The display panel includes a plurality of sub-pixel regions; each of the sub-pixel regions includes a pixel driving circuit, a white electroluminescent device connected with the pixel driving circuit and a color resist layer corresponding to the sub-pixel region; the plurality of sub-pixel regions include a first-color sub-pixel region, a second-color sub-pixel region and a third-color sub-pixel region; a width-to-length ratio of a channel region of the driving transistor in the first-color sub-pixel region is greater than a width-to-length ratio of a channel region of the driving transistor in the second-color sub-pixel region, and the width-to-length ratio of the channel region of the driving transistor in the second-color sub-pixel region is greater than a width-to-length ratio of a channel region of the driving transistor in the third-color sub-pixel region.

    Abstract: The present disclosure provides an electrostatic protection circuit, an array substrate, and a display device. The electrostatic protection circuit includes: a first voltage line, to which a high level voltage is applied; a second voltage line, to which a low level voltage is applied; and a switch assembly, including a plurality of first switch units and a plurality of second switch units arranged along a straight line and sharing an active layer. The first switch units are respectively coupled between the signal lines and the first voltage line, and are turned on in response to negative static electricity on the signal lines. The second switch units are respectively coupled between the signal lines and the second voltage line, and are turned on in response to positive static electricity on the signal lines. The signal lines are arranged in a peripheral region of the array substrate.

    Abstract: A flexible display panel and a flexible display device are provided. The flexible display panel includes: a first insulating layer; a plurality of leads disposed above the first insulating layer, the plurality of leads passing through a predetermined bending region of the flexible display panel; a second insulating layer above respective one of the leads; where at least one of the leads is provided with at least one first hollow portion in the predetermined bending region, and the first insulating layer and the second insulating layer are connected via the at least one first hollow portion.     Abstract: A touch screen and a display device are provided. The touch screen includes first strip electrodes and second strip electrodes, which are disposed in different layers and intersect with each other. The first strip electrodes disposed in a layer above the second strip electrodes have patterns to prevent Moire fringes caused by interference. In the touch period at least some of the first strip electrodes are configured to load touch scanning signals while the second strip electrodes are configured to couple with the voltage signals of the touch scanning signals and output signals; or in the touch period the second strip electrodes are configured to bad touch scanning signals while at least some of the first strip electrodes are configured to couple with the voltage signals of the touch scanning signals and output signals. The touch screen can reduce Moire fringes at the edges of the first strip electrodes caused by interference of light due to regular patterns.
