A device for transmitting digital broadcast signal comprises: at least a first encoding unit, each of which encodes data of a sub-channel with forward error correction encoding; at least a time-domain interleaving unit, each of which receives data output from a first encoding unit and performs interleaving in time-domain on the encoded data; a first multiplexing unit, which multiplexes the interleaved data output from each of the time-domain interleaving unit into Main Service Channel (MSC) data; a second encoding unit, which performs forward error correction encoding on a second set of data to obtain Fast Information Channel (FIC) data; a differential modulating unit, which performs differential modulation on the FIC data by using a first modulation mode and on the MSC data by using a second modulation mode, wherein the modulation level of the first modulation mode is lower than that of the second modulation mode; and a frame generating and transmitting unit, which generates signal unit transmission frames by using differential-modulation symbol sequences generated by the differential modulating unit and transmitting said signal unit transmission frames.

Provided is a current sensing signal comparing device and current sensing signal comparing method. The invention includes a current sensing circuit for detecting a current signal of a switching circuit and thereby generating a current sensing signal, a control unit for outputting a control signal, and a compensating circuit for compensating the current sensing signal according to the control signal. The compensated current sensing signal is compared with a constant current reference signal in order to issue a constant current control signal. The other aspect of the invention is provided to configure the compensating circuit to compensate the constant current reference signal, such that the current sensing signal is compared with the compensated constant current reference signal in order to issue a constant current control signal.

An approach is provided for limiting or eliminating residual energy in a resonant network before restarting a resonant converter including the resonant network. An energy resetting module is configured to the resonant converter for limiting a peak current occurring in a switching circuit of the resonant converter by resetting energy remaining in a resonant circuit of the resonant converter after the resonant converter is turned off.

One method includes: receiving a first electronic message from a first user, where the first message includes an encrypted electronic mobile ticket and a mobile device number of a second user, and where the electronic mobile ticket is encrypted with a key shared between the first user and the ticketing application system; decrypting the encrypted electronic mobile ticket; generating an electronic mobile ticket encrypted with a key shared by the ticketing application system and the second user; and transmitting a second electronic message that includes the electronic mobile ticket encrypted with the key shared between the ticketing application system and the second user to a mobile device of the second user.

Disclosed are systems and methods for providing ring back tones in a communication network. At first, a ring back tone device for storing and playing the ring back tone customized by a subscriber is established in the communication network. Whether a subscriber is a ring back tone service register subscriber is judged with a certain triggering mode, such as intelligent network triggering, signaling interception triggering, call forwarding triggering or switching device triggering. If it is judged the subscriber is a ring back tone service registered subscriber, a connection between the originating switching device and the terminating switching device and a connection between a switching device and the ring back tone device are established. When the called terminal is idle, the ring back tone device provides a piece of customized ring back tone to the calling subscriber for replacing traditional ring back tone.

The T-cell immune response inhibitor supplied in the present invention comprises a targeted pathogen nucleic acid vaccine and said nucleic acid vaccine's expression protein antigen; or it comprises a targeted pathogen nucleic acid vaccine and said nucleic acid vaccine expression protein antigen's active polypeptide; or it comprises the inactivated pathogen and targeted pathogen nucleic acid vaccine. The T-cell immune response inhibitor in the present invention is able to stimulate the organism to produce the normal specific antibody immune response and to suppress a specific cell's immune response, in particular the Th1 immune response, thus it may be effectively applied to treatment of autoimmune diseases, organ transplants, allergies and control of T-cell levels.
