    摘要: This disclosure is for an automated canopy greenhouse having a motor driven canopy that is pulled over curved arch supports. The greenhouse has a generally rectangular base framework to which the arches are attached, the outside of the structure having the general shape of a cylinder cut lengthwise and resting on its flat side. A canopy or tarp is wound around a drum positioned near the bottom of one of the long sides. A shuttle bar is attached to two trolleys each of which ride on an arch at each end of the greenhouse. The trolleys are motor driven. One end of the canopy is attached to the shuttle bar and closes or opens the greenhouse as the trolleys and shuttle bar are moved. Inside the drum there is a torsion spring that is preloaded to balance the load of the canopy and associated hardware as the canopy is being raised or lowered. Successive greenhouse units may be attached to a first greenhouse unit that has the motor, and tarps on the successive units may be closed or opened using the same motor.

    摘要: Methods of producing a crude product are described. A method includes providing a feed and a supported inorganic salt catalyst to a contacting zone. The feed has at total content, per gram of feed, of at least 0.9 grams of hydrocarbons having a boiling range distribution between 343° C. and 538° C. Contact of the supported inorganic salt catalyst with the feed in the presence of a hydrogen source and steam is performed such that the supported inorganic salt catalyst becomes fluidized, and a total product that includes a crude product is produced. The crude product has a total content of at least 0.2 grams per gram of crude product of hydrocarbon have a boiling range distribution between 204° C. and 343° C.

    摘要: Disclosed is a method of moving an articulating mechanism (22,410) for a measuring device, comprising the steps of: releasing two bodies (14,16, 410a,410b) which form the articulating mechanism allowing relative movement thereof; moving one of the bodies with respect to the other until a desired position is reached; and re-constraining the two bodies so they are relatively fixed, perhaps as part of a locking process, characterised in that relative movement prior to re-constraining at the desired position occurs under particular conditions.
