摘要: A graphite substrate is processed to have surface unevenness in a range of 1 μm to 8 μm. Thereby, a semiconductor film to be laminated on the graphite substrate has a stable film quality, and thus adhesion of the graphite substrate and the semiconductor layer can be enhanced. When an electron blocking layer is interposed between the graphite substrate and the semiconductor layer, the electron blocking layer is thin and thus the surface unevenness of the graphite substrate is transferred onto the electron blocking layer. Consequently, the electron blocking layer also has surface unevenness approximately in such range. Thus, almost the same effect as a configuration in which the semiconductor layer is directly connected to the graphite substrate can be produced.

摘要: A power unit for a small type vehicle wherein a speed change mechanism is disposed on a lateral side of a crankcase on the side of one end of a crankshaft. A valve operation controller for controlling the operations of valve operation mode change mechanisms and a speed change controller for controlling a speed change operation of a speed change mechanism are attached to an engine body, to lay out the valve operation controller and the speed change controller in good balance of center of gravity so as to prevent the center of gravity of the power unit from being deviated to one side. The valve operation controller and the speed change controller being attached to the engine body on the opposite side of the clutch device with respect to a vehicle body center line in a direction along the axis of the crankshaft.

摘要: An automatic transmission that includes oil passages with a simple structure provided for twin clutches can allow the number of production steps to be reduced. The automatic transmission includes a number of gear trains equal to the number of speeds between a primary shaft and a countershaft. The automatic transmission performs connection and disconnection of a rotational driving force between a crankshaft and a gearbox by means of twin hydraulic clutches including first and second clutches, which are made of the same components and disposed on the axis of the primary shaft back to back. Oil passages can be formed into a more simple shape and can be configured to have the same total length. The first clutch performs connection and disconnection for first and third speeds, and the second clutch performs connection and disconnection for second and fourth speeds.

摘要: Because a restricting plate 27 is disposed using a spacer 25, an upper plate 15 is allowed to expand upward when resin is injected, but unnecessary overexpansion is restricted by the restricting plate 27. Therefore the injection of a slightly larger amount of resin 37 does not cause a distortion or breakage of the upper plate 15 and a large amount resin 37 than the predetermined amount may be injected. As a result, damage to the upper plate 15 by the injection of the resin 37 and damage to the upper plate 15, the exfoliation of the radiation sensitive layer, and the like caused by the curing of the resin 37 may be prevented and damage to the flat panel radiation detector 1 may be prevented thereby.

摘要: A two-dimensional array type detecting device of the invention is formed of a detecting side substrate, and a readout side substrate laminated together. In the detecting side substrate, a high resistivity responsive semiconductor film is laminated on a substrate through a common electrode therebetween, and semiconductor films for connection are formed for the respective sections corresponding to a two-dimensional array arrangement. Therefore, leak and expansion of carriers produced in the high resistivity responsive semiconductor are prevented in a direct conversion system, wherein light or radiation enters from a side of the glass substrate, in which the common electrode is not formed. Thus, a detecting sensitivity and space resolution can be improved. Namely, a dynamic range is large, and a crosstalk is small.
