    Abstract: The present disclosure provides example communication method and apparatuses. One example method includes obtaining first spatial relation parameter information, where the first spatial relation parameter information is spatial relation parameter information of a first target signal, and the first spatial relation parameter information includes a resource index of a first reference signal. First transmission information is determined based on the resource index of the first reference signal, where the first transmission information includes at least one of first antenna panel information or a first spatial characteristic parameter. The first target signal is received or sent based on the first transmission information.

    Abstract: A signal transmission method, a related device, and a system are provided. The method includes a terminal receiving configuration information, where the configuration information indicates N sets of power control parameters configured for M uplink resources or uplink resource sets, where M≥1, M is a positive integer, N>1, and N is a positive integer; and the terminal transmits an uplink signal on the M uplink resources or uplink resource sets, where transmission power for transmitting the uplink signal on the M uplink resources or uplink resource sets is determined based on a first power control parameter, and the first power control parameter is selected from the N sets of power control parameters. According to the foregoing solution, uplink transmission power can be more flexibly adjusted, and power efficiency in uplink transmission and uplink transmission performance can be maximized.

    Abstract: A channel information sending method, a data sending method, and a device are provided, to improve feedback precision of a precoding matrix. These include a receiver that receives a reference signal and a memory, configured to store at least one computer instruction which, when executed by the processor, cause the processor to measure the reference signal from the receiver to obtain first channel information and second channel information and send the first channel information and the second channel information to the second device. In some embodiments, the first channel information comprises identification information of N antenna ports in M antenna ports for the reference signal, M is an integer not less than 2, and N is a positive integer not greater than M, the second channel information comprises information about a weighted combination factor used for performing weighted combination on the N antenna ports, the weighted combination factor comprises an amplitude factor and a phase factor, and the first channel information and the second channel information are used to constitute a precoding matrix.

    Abstract: This application provides a channel state information transmission method, an access network device, and a terminal device. The method includes: receiving, by an access network device, CSI reported by a terminal device, where the CSI includes a first PMI and a second PMI; and determining, by the access network device based on the first PMI and the second PMI, a precoding matrix W whose rank is greater than or equal to 2, where W meets W=W1×W2, and the second PMI is used to indicate some column vectors in W2. According to the method in the embodiment, overheads of feeding back the CSI by the terminal device are effectively reduced.
