Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure disclose a sequence signal sending method, to receive control information from a network-side device, to clarify a channel resource used by a terminal to send a sequence signal to the network-side device. The method in the embodiments of the present disclosure includes: receiving, by a terminal, control information sent by a network-side device, where the control information includes a sequence identifier and a channel resource indication, and the channel resource indication is used to indicate a channel resource available for the terminal; determining, by the terminal, a corresponding sequence signal based on the sequence identifier; and sending, by the terminal, the sequence signal by using the channel resource. Therefore, it is ensured that the terminal obtains stable and reliable communication quality and provides satisfactory user experience, and a performance requirement of a future network is fully met.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a channel boundary locating method, a base station, and a user equipment. The method includes: receiving, by a base station of non-time reference cell, cell timing information delivered by a network, where the cell timing information includes a non-time reference parameter, and the non-time reference parameter corresponds to a smallest timing difference between a downlink F-DPCH frame of time reference cell and an HS-PDSCH subframe of time reference cell; calculating, by the base station of non-time reference cell, boundary information of a high speed shared control channel (HS-SCCH) according to the non-time reference parameter; and acquiring boundary information of a high speed dedicated physical control channel (HS-DPCCH) of non-time reference cell according to the boundary information of the HS-SCCH. In the embodiments of the present invention, reliability of downlink data transmission is improved.

Abstract: A polar code processing method and system, and a wireless communications apparatus are provided, where the method includes: acquiring at least two periodic puncturing patterns and combining the at least two periodic puncturing patterns in a predetermined manner to obtain at least two hybrid puncturing patterns; selecting, from the at least two hybrid puncturing patterns, one with a lowest frame error rate as an optimal puncturing pattern; and performing rate matching on polar polar-coded bits according to the optimal puncturing pattern, and using the rate-matched bits as to-be-transmitted bits. A frame error rate may be reduced and HARQ performance of a polar code may be enhanced.
