摘要: A cover for forming a space for coating is provided above an electroconductive belt conveyor for adjusting an electric field at an end portion of a flat plate-like object to be coated, electrostatic powder coating guns pointed at the object to be coated on the belt conveyor in the space for coating are provided, and means for introducing air into the space for coating and means for exhausting the air are respectively provided. As a result, the strength of the electric field formed from the electrostatic powder coating guns to the electroconductive belt conveyor and the object to be coated is made uniform through their entire surface so that the thickness of a powder layer to be adhered to the object to be coated is made uniform from its central portion to an end portion. Consequently, the waste of the powder coating material is prevented, and local cracks in a portion having a great thickness generated when the coated object is bent are prevented.

摘要: It is described a novel powder charging apparatus, wherein a high voltage is applied between a couple of electrodes, consisting of a plasma electrode of required polarity and a plasma electrode of opposite polarity, to form plasma at tip of each of electrodes, an eventually finely dispersed powder is made to pass only through an area wherein mainly ones of negative and positive ions derived of said plasma, that is, ions of required polarity exist, and thereafter the charged powder is discharged. In this apparatus, the adhesion of powder to each electrode is prevented and charging performance is maintained for a long time. It is also described an electrostatic powder coating apparatus comprising the above-described novel powder charging apparatus, which is excellent in performance for making thick coating, depositing efficiency and throwing power.

摘要: Based on a content attribute serving as a coordinate axis of which the setting input is performed from an operation input unit, and the content identifier of a content of interest, a metadata storage unit is searched to select one or multiple other contents relating to the content of interest. The strength of relationship between each of the selected other contents and the content of interest is calculated based on the content attribute set as a coordinate axis, and information indicating correlation. The layout relations of other contents with the content of interest as the origin are calculated based on the content attribute serving as a coordinate axis, and the calculated strength of relationship. The display image of each of the other contents is disposed in accordance with the calculated layout relations.

摘要: This device has an optical pickup section, a first rack portion provided on the optical pickup section, a slide member having an opening/closing portion for opening/closing a facing surface of the objective lens to the optical disc and a second rack portion provided to be slidable on the first rack portion, and a driving mechanism having a driving gear which meshes with the first rack portion and the second rack portion. In this device, when the optical pickup section is moved to a predetermined position, the meshing state of the first rack portion with the driving gear is canceled and the second rack portion is driven by the driving gear to move the slide member, thereby moving the opening/closing portion from a position for opening the facing surface side of the objective lens to a position for closing the facing surface side.

摘要: The present invention concerns an optical disc for adjusting an optical pickup used for adjusting a pair of optical pickups capable of recording and reproducing a double-sided type optical disc. The optical disc for adjusting the optical pickups comprises: a first signal recording part (5) that is irradiated with a laser beam from one surface side; and a second signal recording part (7) that is irradiated with the laser beam from the other surface side to record data so that a scanning direction by the laser beam is opposite to that of the first signal recording part (5).
