    摘要: An oil free screw compressor includes a low-pressure stage compressor body and a high-pressure stage compressor body. Power of a motor driven by an inverter is transmitted to the compressor bodies through gears. A low-pressure stage blow-off two-way valve is provided in a pipe branching off midway an air pipe connecting between the high-pressure stage compressor body and the low-pressure stage compressor body, and a high-pressure stage blow-off two-way valve is provided in a pipe branching off from a discharge air pipe provided on a discharge side of the high-pressure stage compressor body. During no-load operation, a controller gives a command to the inverter to make the rotational speed of the motor a set lower limit rotational speed, and also gives an open command to the low-pressure stage blow-off two-way valve.

    摘要: In a capacity control method for an oil-free screw compressor, when an air consumption is larger than a set amount, a rotation frequency of a motor using an inverter to drive the compressor is set to be variable. When the air consumption is a set air amount or less, the inverter is controlled in such a manner that the rotation frequency of the motor is kept at a constant value. In this state, when an operation gas pressure of the compressor reaches an upper-limit value, an air release valve is opened to discharge the operation gas to the atmosphere. Additionally, the rotation frequency of the motor is lowered to a lower-limit value. Re-compression in the compressor can be prevented, and a compressor drive torque is lowered.

The vacuum-clamping nozzle unit comprises an automatically detachable vacuum-clamping nozzle (2) for vacuum-clamping the electronic component, a positioning section (3) for positioning the vacuum-clamping nozzle (2) in a rotating direction and a vertical direction, a pushing section (4) for urging said vacuum-clamping nozzle (2) downward by using fluid, a fluid pressure switching section for switching the urging force, a timing switching section for switching the timing of the urging force of said vacuum-clamping nozzle, and a pressure control section for controlling the load to a desired load. Switching the timing of the urging force can be made before or at the time of mounting the electronic component on an electronic circuit board.

    摘要: Before a measurement for an infrared analysis of a sample is performed, a measurement area of the sample is set. In the measurement area setting mode, a camera takes the image of the whole sample, and the image is shown on a display. An image of an aperture is superimposed on the image of the sample in the display. When an operator uses a mouse connected to a controller of the infrared microscope to change the width of the image of the aperture on the display, an aperture signal generator generates an aperture signal corresponding to the width of the aperture image. An aperture image signal generator receives the aperture signal and generates an aperture image signal having the width. Thus the image of the sample superimposed on the image of the aperture in the display changes accordingly, by which the operator confirms the measurement area, i.e., the position and width of the aperture, in the sample. Since the image of the aperture is generated electronically in the present invention, no hardware such as expensive lenses or a precise mirror-moving mechanism is necessary.

    摘要: A diagnostic apparatus for diagnosising of a valve device in a turbine system comprises at least one of a pressure sensor for sensing hydraulic pressure in a hydraulic cylinder for driving a valve body of the valve device and a position sensor for sensing the displacement of the valve body, and a processing device for processing the output signal from the above-mentioned at least one sensor. The processing device has an offset computing device which receives a signal representing the actual operating state of the valve device obtained on the basis of the output signal from the at least one sensor and a signal corresponding to a reference value obtained under the normal operating state of the valve device. The offset computing device is operable to compute the offset between the signals received thereto. A judging device is provided for judging as to whether or not there is a symptom of a sticking in the valve device, in accordance with the output signal from the offset computing device.
