A coil module includes a first coil set; a second coil set, including a first coil body, a second coil body and an insulative separator disposed between the first coil body and the second coil body, the separator having an adopting hole, the first coil body having an open winding surrounding the adapting hole and fixed on a side of the separator, the second coil body having an open winding surrounding the adapting hole and fixed on another side of the separator; and a coil base sheathing the second coil set with exposing the adopting hole. The first coil set surrounds the adopting hole and is fixed on the coil base to form a coil module.

A non-volatile memory cell includes a substrate, two charge trapping structures, a gate oxide layer, a gate and two doping regions. The charge trapping structures are disposed on the substrate separately. The gate oxide layer is disposed on the substrate between the two charge trapping structures. The gate is disposed on the gate oxide layer and the charge trapping structures, wherein the charge trapping structures protrude from two sides of the gate. The doping regions are disposed in the substrate at two sides of the gate.

An information security protection host is provided. The information security protection host comprises a network interface and a virtual machine monitor (VMM) device. The network interface is connected to a computer network and is configured to receive a first packet. The VMM device is configured to run a first operating system, wherein the first operating system provides a first network service. The VMM device is further configured to provide a first operating system information of the first operating system and a first network service information of the first network service instantaneously so as to determine the security of the first packet.
Abstract:
A virtual machine monitoring method used in a virtual machine monitoring system is provided. The virtual machine monitoring method includes retrieving a hypercall transmitted from one of a plurality of virtual machines to a hypervisor of a virtual machine monitoring system, wherein the hypercall is used for establishing a channel between a source virtual machine and a target virtual machine. A central control virtual machine ID information in the hypervisor is retrieved. A type of the channel established by the hypercall is determined according to the central control virtual machine ID information and channel-establishing information corresponding to the hypercall. When the channel is a private channel that is not related to a central control virtual machine of the virtual machines, a security module is used to monitor the private channel.

A method for treating fluoride-containing waste water is disclosed. The method includes, first, inducing fluoride-containing waste water and calcium compound into a crystallization reaction tank having a plurality of crystallizing webs so as to conduct a reaction between the fluoride-containing waste water and the calcium compound to form calcium fluoride crystals on the crystallizing webs; meanwhile, stirring the fluoride-containing waste water and the; then, discharging the fluoride-containing waste water out of the crystallization reaction tank for conducting a successive treating step.
Abstract:
A communication system and a method which can reduce the effect of burst noise. The communication system comprises a controllable oscillator, a mixer, a decision circuit, a comparator, a loop filter, and a controller. The controllable oscillator generates an oscillating signal. The mixer coupled to the controllable receives input data and mixes the input data with the oscillating signal. The decision circuit receives the mixed input data and generates an estimated symbol. The comparator generates a decision error between the estimated symbol and the mixed input data. The loop filter coupled to the controllable oscillator filters the decision error, and generates a filtered decision error, and the controllable oscillator generates the oscillating signal according to the filtered decision error. The controller reduces a bandwidth of the loop filter according to the decision error.
Abstract:
A method and a system for reading radio frequency identification (RFID) tags are provided. The method includes the following steps. First, receive a tag signal from the RFID tag. Recover a data clock rate from the tag signal according to statistics of pulse lengths of the tag signal. Next, determine a frame synchronization point of a data frame following a preamble in the tag signal by a signal correlation between the preamble and a predetermined signal pattern according to the data clock rate. Finally, decode the data frame by using an adaptive Viterbi algorithm on an extended trellis diagram. The extended trellis diagram includes a plurality of nodes and a plurality of branches connecting the nodes. The nodes and the branches are arranged according to the modulation scheme of the data frame and possible variations of the data clock rate.
