The multilayer structure forming method includes: discharging droplets of a first conductive material to form a first conductive material pattern on a surface of an object; baking the first conductive material pattern to form a wiring pattern; discharging droplets of a first insulating material including a first photo-curable material to form a first insulating material pattern bordering via holes on the wiring pattern; curing the first insulating material pattern to form a first insulating pattern bordering the via holes; making the surface of the object lyophilic; discharging droplets of a second insulating material including a second photo-curable material to form a second insulating material pattern that covers the wiring pattern and the surface of the object which has been made lyophilic, and surrounds the first insulating pattern; and curing the second insulating material pattern to form a second insulating pattern that surrounds the first insulating pattern. Since the bushing having a low frictional coefficient is present between the inner circumference of the outer column and the outer circumference of the inner column, the outer column can be moved with a light force in respect to the inner column.

The other remaining retard passages, which supply the working fluid to the other remaining retard chambers, are branch passages, which are branched from a retard passage that serves as a supply passage. With this construction, a flow quantity of working fluid per unit time supplied from the one of retard passages to the one of retard chambers becomes larger than a flow quantity of working fluid per unit time supplied from the other remaining retard passages to the other remaining retard chambers. Thus, the one of retard chambers can be filled with the working fluid earlier than the other remaining retard chambers.

A thin film transistor manufacturing method including the steps of: forming a gate electrode on a substrate; forming a gate insulation layer on the gate electrode; forming a semiconductor layer by coating the gate insulation layer with a semiconductor material; forming a repellent layer having an electrode material-repellent characteristic on the semiconductor layer; applying light from the surface of the substrate where there is no gate electrode, thereby removing the semiconductor layer and the repellent layer by sublimation, except for the portion protected against light by the gate electrode; and dropping the fluid electrode material on the repellent layer remaining on the substrate so that the fluid electrode material is separated by the repellent layer, whereby the source electrode and the drain electrode are formed.
