    摘要: An optical coordinate input device comprises a number of light emitting elements and corresponding light detecting elements disposed in a plurality of linear arrays. A light ray selection member is provided such that only the light rays from the light emitting elements are detected by the light detecting elements. The light ray selection member is an optical semiconductor element light obstructing holder. The optical semiconductor elements have terminals projecting from the bottom surface of their main body which are fixed to a base and have a light emitting function or light detection function. In addition to these, a pair of mold bodies extending in the array direction of the optical semiconductor elements is combined, and this array of elements can be integrally fitted therein while being provided with a pressure portion elestically contacting the bottom surface of the main body of each element.

    摘要: The accuracy of a measurement value obtained by a tire pressure detection device is lowered by a centrifugal force and an inertial force during travel. A pressure sensor (30) displaces a diaphragm (20) in its vertical direction (32) according to the pressure. The pressure sensor (30) is arranged in a tire (2) with the vertical direction (32) directed to a direction parallel to a rotation axis (34) instead of the tire circumferential direction or radial direction. The pressure sensor (30) is mounted onto a substrate with the vertical direction (32) of its diaphragm (20) directed in parallel to the substrate surface and the substrate is bonded to a tread portion of the tire (2) and a wheel rim portion while adjusting the vertical direction (32) of the diaphragm (20) with the direction of the rotation axis (34).

    摘要: A driving signal is provided to six electrodes (driving electrodes) on one of the surfaces of each of three vibration legs of a three-pronged tuning-fork-type piezoelectric oscillator. Two output electrodes from among six electrodes (output electrodes) on the other surface thereof are connected to two current-to-voltage conversion devices, respectively. Since the two output electrodes are imaginarily short-circuited by the current-to-voltage conversion devices, there is no need to provide a ground electrode between the output electrodes. This makes it possible to simplify an electrode manufacturing process.

    摘要: Two current outputs are converted into voltage outputs by I/V converters, and further converted into digital outputs D1 and D2 by binarizing circuits. The outputs are added by an adder in a phase shifter, and converted into an output like a triangular wave by an integrator. The output like a triangular wave is compared with a reference in a binarizing circuit and, therefore, it is possible to shift the phase from the median of the phase differential between the two signals by 90 deg with high precision.
