    摘要: A compressor that generates relatively little noise and prevents partial clutch engagement and gas leakage when the inclination of a cam plate is suddenly decreased by a great amount. The compressor includes a control valve that electrically controls the compressor displacement based on external information. The rear end of a drive shaft is supported by a shaft bore formed in a cylinder block. A stopper is located endwise of the drive shaft to limit axial movement of the drive shaft. The stopper may be very stiff spring or a rigid member.

A bleed passage connects the crank chamber to the suction chamber, which allows gas to flow from the crank chamber to the suction chamber. A release valve, which is a reed valve, is located in the bleed passage. The release valve varies the opening of the bleed passage in accordance with the difference between the pressure in the crank chamber and the pressure in the suction chamber. This can prevent the pressure in the crank chamber from excessively increasing.

    摘要: A housing has a refrigerant gas suction chamber at its center portion and a refrigerant gas discharge chamber at its peripheral portion. A valve plate between a cylinder block and a housing has a plurality of suction holes for connecting a plurality of cylinder bores in the cylinder block to the suction chamber and suction valves capable of opening the suction holes. The valve plate has a plurality of discharge holes for connecting the cylinder bores to the discharge chamber and discharge valves capable of opening the discharge holes. Pistons are reciprocatably accommodated in the cylinder bores. In accordance with reciprocation of the pistons, refrigerant gas is led into the cylinder bores from the suction chamber via the suction valves and suction holes. This refrigerant gas is compressed in the cylinder bores and is discharged to the discharge chamber via the discharge valves and discharge holes. A plurality of shielding members are provided in the discharge chamber in association with the plurality of discharge valves such that refrigerant gas discharged from any one of the plurality of discharge holes bypasses the discharge valves which are associated with the other discharge holes.

    摘要: The present invention provides a method for producing a glass cloth which is suitable as a reinforcing material for making resin laminates and which comprises subjecting filaments of glass fibers to a sizing treatment with a sizing agent containing at least one water-soluble film forming agent selected from the group consisting of an amine-modified epoxy resin, an ethylene oxide-added epoxy resin and ethylene oxide-added bisphenol A as film forming component, forming glass yarns from the thus treated filaments, weaving the glass yarns to make a glass cloth, washing the glass cloth with water until the loss of ignition of the sizing agent to the glass cloth reaches 0.25% by weight or less, and then treating this glass cloth with a solution of a surface treating agent.
