    摘要: A process for preparing a tape guide cylinder is disclosed, which includes the steps of deep-drawing a sheet metal material progressively to form an elongated cylinder with a bottom, subjecting the resulting cylinder to flange-machining to form a flange at its open end, thereafter removing the bottom of the cylinder, subsequently trimming the flange from the cylinder, and finally subjecting the resulting cylinder at either of its ends to a beat-machining for finishing the shape of the elongated cylinder.The tape guide cylinder thus prepared may further be subjected at its circumference, to a precision finish for providing an outer diameter of less than 6 mm but more than 5.2 mm.

    摘要: An AC alternator for a vehicle has a rotor having a pair of pole cores, and a stator. A plurality of claw magnetic pole parts are formed in the pole cores. A permanent magnet is placed between a pair of the claw magnetic pole parts so as to prevent leakage of magnetic flux through the area between the adjacent claw magnetic pole parts. The stator and the rotor are placed in the AC alternator so that the stator faces the rotor at a spacing of predetermined intervals. Flanges are formed at both sides of each of the claw magnetic pole parts. The presence of the flanges fixes the permanent magnets to the pole cores, and prevents them from moving toward the outer radius direction measured from the rotary shaft of the rotor. In particular, the thickness of each of the flange parts is increased from the front end part to the bottom part thereof.

    摘要: There is disclosed a method of manufacturing a rotor for a dynamoelectric machine. The rotor includes a rotating shaft, a rotor core fixed on the rotating shaft, and a cooling fan fixed to an axial end face of the rotor core. The method includes the step of fixing the cooling fan to the axial end face of the rotor core by resistance welding. The method is characterized in that in the resistance welding, both a positive electrode and a negative electrode are first brought into contact with the cooling fan to have the cooling fan held between the axial end face of the rotor core and both the positive and negative electrodes, and then weld current is supplied to flow from the positive electrode to the negative electrode.

Prior to the assembling of the permanent magnets, the magnet support ring is preliminarily located on claw-shaped magnetic poles at inner peripheral sides thereof under a state combined with a pair of field iron cores, after which the permanent magnets are inserted to magnet insertion spaces in longitudinal directions. The rotor includes positioning and restricting means for precluding the occurrence of positional displacement of each permanent magnet with respect to each magnet supporting segment of the magnet support ring.

    摘要: An AC alternator for a vehicle has a rotor having a pair of pole cores, and a stator. A plurality of claw magnetic pole parts are formed in the pole cores. Each of the ribs has a first portion, which lies in an area on the major surface where a minimum distance between an inner edge of the heat sink defining the corresponding fitting hole and an outer edge of the heat sink defining an outline of the heat sink is smaller, and a second portion that lies in an area on the major surface where a minimum distance between the inner and outer edges is larger. The first portion has a greater protruding height from the major surface than the second portion.

A position of the upper surface of each disk is placed between the first and second surfaces of the heat sink. A range of the contact surface of each disk is within a range between the upper and bottom surfaces of the disk.
