    摘要: In a printed circuit board manufacturing equipment, a pressing die includes a first pressing part, a second pressing part, and a frame part. A buffer member is disposed between a first surface of a laminated body and the first pressing part. The second pressing part has a portion facing a second surface of the laminated body and a portion facing the buffer member. The frame part surrounds a whole area of a side surface of the buffer member. Before pressing and heating, the laminated body, the second pressing part, and the buffer member define an escape space therebetween for escaping the buffer member deformed due to the pressing. A lip protrudes from the frame part toward the laminated body. The lip is deformed following the deformation of the buffer member and comes in contact with a surface of the second pressing part facing the buffer member.

    摘要: A multi-layer substrate connecting to an external electric device includes: a plurality of resin films; and a plurality of conductive patterns. The resin films are stacked together with the conductive patterns. The conductive pattern includes an inner conductive pattern and a surface conductive pattern. The inner conductive pattern is disposed inside of the multi-layer substrate for providing an inner circuit. The surface conductive pattern is exposed on the multi-layer substrate for connecting to the external electric device. The surface conductive pattern has a thickness in a stacking direction, which is thicker than a thickness of the inner conductive pattern.

    摘要: For a V-type engine which has an independent air-intake system for each one of banks, a vibration plate unit is disposed in the interior of a resonance conduit for obtaining the beneficial effects of resonant supercharging. In this vibration plate unit, a plate member made from metal is fitted in the interior of the resonance conduit via a support member made from rubber, and thereby it is arranged, while blocking mutual flow of air between the banks, also to obtain the beneficial effects of resonant supercharging by enabling the mutual transmission of pressure between surge tanks.

    摘要: An intake system of an internal combustion engine includes a surge tank communicating with cylinders of the engine via individual intake paths, a vacuum tank connected to the surge tank, a valve that permits or inhibits communication between the surge tank and the vacuum tank, and a control unit that controls opening and closing of the valve. The control unit executes the steps of: (a) opening the valve to communicate the surge tank with the vacuum tank when the surge tank is held in a negative-pressure condition during operation of the engine, and closing the valve upon a lapse of a predetermined period of time so as to hold the vacuum tank in a negative-pressure condition, (b) opening the valve for a predetermined period of time when a condition for starting the engine is satisfied, so as to reduce the pressure in the surge tank, and (c) closing the valve when the engine is started.
