    摘要: In a sheet discharger with a simple structure, the subsequently discharged sheet can be stored under such a condition that this subsequently discharged sheet is overlapped on the rear surface of the previously discharged sheets. The sheet discharger includes a vertical type sheet discharge tray inclined backwardly along an upper direction; an discharge roller apparatus having a front side discharge roller and a rear side discharge roller, which are arranged at a lower end portion of the vertical type sheet discharge tray. The vertical type sheet discharging tray includes a rear surface supporting member for supporting a rear surface of an discharged sheet, a bottom member for supporting a lower end of the discharged sheet, and a front surface supporting member for defining a forward position of the lower end of the discharged sheet. The bottom member is arranged in front of said discharge roller apparatus, further includes sheet rear end position control means for positioning a rear end of a sheet discharged to the vertical type sheet discharge tray over said bottom member.

    摘要: The silicone rubber composition of the present invention comprises (A) an organopolysiloxane obtained by mixing and heating an organopolysiloxane having a silanol group at both ends of the molecular chain and a silane or a siloxane having two hydrolyzable groups in the molecule, (B) a finely divided silica, and (C) a curing agent. The composition, wherein the content of low-molecule siloxanes is remarkably constrained, is quite useful in the application wherein low-molecular siloxanes are obnoxious, for example, in the application of electrical contacts and parts used adjacent thereto, roll materials of copying machines, gaskets for construction, etc.

    摘要: A manufacturing method of organosilanes having silanol groups which is characterized by mixing organoalkoxy silanes, having at most a 20 ppm content of chlorine, expressed by the general chemical formula (1) below:Si(R.sup.1).sub.m (R.sup.2).sub.n (OR.sup.3).sub.k (1)wherein each of R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 is either a substituted or unsubstituted monovalent hydrocarbon group; R.sup.3 is an alkyl group of 1 to 4 carbon atoms; subscripts m and n are 0, 1, 2, or 3; k is either 1 or 2; and the sum of subscripts m+n+k=4, with ion-exchanged water having an electroconductivity of at least 10.sup.10 M.OMEGA., then further adding a macro-porous cation-exchange resin with a pore volume measured by the mercury injection method of at least 0.1 ml/g to the said mixture, followed by stirring of the mixture and removal of the cation-exchange resin. According to the present invention, organosilanes having silanol groups which are useful as a dispersing agent in silicone rubbers may be obtained by a simple process from organoalkoxy silanes, such as relatively inexpensive dimethoxy dimethyl silane.

    摘要: A room temperature vulcanizable silicone rubber composition is provided, comprising (A) an organopolysiloxane containing at least one amino group represented by --R.sup.1 NH.sub.2 in a molecule and having a viscosity of from 25 to 500,000 cst at 25.degree. C. wherein R.sup.1 is a divalent C.sub.1-20 hydrocarbon group or a divalent C.sub.1-20 organic group containing an ether bond or --NH-- bond, (B) an organic silicon compound of the formula: OCNR.sup.2 SiR.sub.a.sup.3 X.sub.3-a wherein R.sup.2 has the same meaning as R.sup.1, R.sup.3 is a monovalent C.sub.1-10 hydrocarbon group, X is an alkoxy, ketoxime, alkenyloxy or acyloxy group, and a is 0 or 1, and (C) a curing catalyst. The composition cures at room temperature, providing a product having improved heat resistance, weather resistance and adhesion.

    摘要: A curable composition comprises an organopolysiloxane-polyoxyalkylene block copolymer terminated at both ends of a molecular chain with a lower aliphatic unsaturated group and consists essentially of organopolysiloxane units having a main chain of the formula, (R.sup.1 R.sup.2 SiO)m, and polyoxyalkylene units of the formula, (R.sup.3 O)n. The organopolysiloxane units and the polyoxyalkylene units are bonded through R.sup.1 R.sup.2 SiR.sup.4 groups, wherein R.sup.1 and R.sup.2 independently represent an unsubstituted or substituted monovalent hydrocarbon group except for an aliphatic unsaturated group, R.sup.3 and R.sup.4 independently represent a divalent hydrocarbon group, and m and n are, respectively, defined integers. The composition further comprises an organohydrogenpolysiloxane having at least two .tbd.SiH groups in one molecule and a curing agent therefor. A cured product obtained from the composition is a silicone rubber elastomer having properties inherent to the silicone rubber but is hydrophilic in nature.
