Accordingly, services for the printer heads may be systematically carried out in a relatively small space, and in particular, a compact and small-sized service station system is provided so that a volume from front to rear of an inkjet printer may be reduced.

    摘要: An LCD device includes an LCD panel and a power supply section. The LCD panel includes a first substrate having a storage electrode and a pixel electrode, a second substrate having a common electrode, and a liquid crystal layer interposed between the first and second substrates. The LCD panel has an alignment interval during which liquid crystal molecules are transitioned from a splay state to a bend state and a normal operating interval during which an image is displayed in the bend state. The power supply section supplies a first alignment voltage that is higher than the data voltage to the common electrode and supplies a second alignment voltage that is lower than the data voltage to the storage electrode, during the alignment interval. Thus, a transition speed from a transient splay state into a bend state is enhanced, so that an alignment interval may be decreased.

    摘要: In a method of forming an integrated circuit device, an opening is formed extending through a first and a second insulating layers and through a semiconductor layer therebetween to a surface of a substrate. The opening includes a recess in a sidewall thereof between the first and second insulating layers adjacent the semiconductor layer. A conductive plug is formed on the sidewall of the opening and on the surface of the substrate and laterally extending into the recess between the first and second insulating layers to contact the semiconductor layer. The semiconductor layer may be selectively etched at the sidewall without substantially etching the first and second insulating layers at the sidewall of the opening to form the recess between the first and second insulating layers. Related devices are also discussed.

A moving block is configured to move along a longitudinal direction of the nozzle portion. A cleaning unit has one or more blades to wipe off waste ink by contacting the nozzle portion. The cleaning unit is mounted in the moving block. Accordingly, the nozzle portion is effectively cleaned, and thus deterioration of the printing quality due to waste ink may be prevented.
