摘要: An X-ray imaging device is equipped with a solid state detector, for recording image information by being irradiated with X-rays that bear image information and for outputting image signals that represent the recorded image information, and an X-ray dosage detector for detecting the dosage of irradiated X-rays. The X-ray dosage detector is provided between an X-ray source and the solid state detector, thereby enabling accurate measurement of the X-ray dosage, without being influenced by the solid state detector. In addition, the X-ray dosage detector is equipped with a photoconductive layer. Therefore, the X-ray dosage detector can be made thinner than conventional X-ray dosage detectors, which are constituted by a fluorescent plate, a light collecting field, a light transmitting plate, and a light shielding plate. Accordingly, decreases in resolution of images detected by the solid state detector can be prevented.

摘要: A scanning X-ray fluorescence spectrometer includes a quantitatively analyzing device (18) which calculates the concentration of hexavalent chrome based on the fact that the peak spectroscopic angle, at which the maximum intensity is attained in Cr-Kα line (22), changes depending on the ratio of the concentration of the hexavalent chrome vs. the concentration of the intensity of the total chrome. A plurality of detecting device (23) having different resolutions as a combination of a divergence slit (11), a spectroscopic device (6), a receiving slit (20) and a detector (8) is provided such that when the change of the peak spectroscopic angle is to be detected, a detecting device (23B) having a higher resolution than that of the detecting device (23A), which is selected when the concentration or the intensity of the total chrome is to be determined, is selected.

摘要: Radiation detector units provided with solid-state radiation detectors are supported on a supporting section, such that the radiation detector units are located at different distances from a radiation source and arrayed in a one-dimensional direction or two-dimensional directions. One of the radiation detector units is taken as a reference unit. Image size enlargement or reduction processing is performed on each of image signals outputted from the radiation detector units other than the reference unit and in accordance with a ratio between a distance from the radiation source to the reference unit and a distance from the radiation source to each of the radiation detector units other than the reference unit. Image composing processing is performed on the image signal outputted from the reference unit and processed image signals obtained from the image size enlargement or reduction processing.

摘要: Detection accuracy of X-ray dosages, to be applied to control the amount of irradiated X-rays, is improved in a mammography apparatus that employs solid state detectors as X-ray image detecting means, and that is capable of interchangeably utilizing solid state detectors of various sizes, without adversely influencing detection of images by the solid state detector. A solid state detector, for recording image information by receiving irradiation of X-rays that bear the image information, and for outputting image signals that represent the recorded image information, an X-ray dosage detector, for detecting the amount of irradiated X-rays, and a moving grid, for removing scattered radiation, are housed within a detecting unit, stacked in this order. The detecting unit is configured to be removably attachable to an imaging table of a mammography apparatus. Thereby, interchangeable use of detecting units having solid state detectors of various sizes housed therein is enabled.

Also included is a device for converting the intermediate frequency band signal into a digital signal and outputting a digital intermediate frequency band signal, n units of frequency converters respectively corresponded with n spread signals one by one for frequency converting the digital intermediate frequency band signal so that a center frequency of a corresponding spread signal among the n spread signals becomes 0 Hz, and n units of FIR filters respectively corresponding with the n spread signals one by one for passing only a corresponding spread signal among the frequency converted digital intermediate frequency band signals. A selector is provided for selecting and outputting signals outputted from the n units of FIR filters, a controller is provided for controlling frequency conversion conducted by the n units of frequency converters and filtering conducted by the n units of FIR filters, and a device is provided for inverse-spreading an output signal of the selector.

摘要: In a radio communication system such as a digital automobile telephone, a VOX controller stops a transmission of a frame having no voice data to perform power savings, and a VOX device discriminates whether the voice data are present or absent in each frame. In a reference power measuring circuit, all or selected pilot signals of a received frame are oppositely rotated using theoretical values of the pilot signals to uniform their phases, and in-phase vector synthesis is conducted. The vector synthesis result is averaged by the number of the synthesis symbols, and an absolute value of the averaged vector value becomes the desired signal reference power X. In a fading compensation circuit, by using the previous and next pilot signals of a data part, each fading vector is calculated. In a power measuring circuit, the data upon which the fading compensation has been conducted are oppositely rotated to uniform their phases, and in-phase vector synthesis is carried out. The vector synthesis result is averaged by the number of the synthesis symbols, and an absolute value of the averaged vector value become a received signal power Y. In a discrimination circuit, the desired signal reference power X and the received signal power Y are compared with each other to carry out a VOX discrimination.

摘要: A driver circuit for driving a semiconductor light-emitting device such as a semiconductor laser includes a voltage-controlling amplifier for controlling a light-emitting current which enables the semiconductor light-emitting device to emit light. The output voltage of the voltage-controlling amplifier is dependent on a light-quantity command voltage signal applied thereto. Since the light-emitting current can be directly varied by the voltage-controlling amplifier, the quantity of the emitted light can vary with a sufficiently fast response to follow the light-quantity command signal. The quantity of the emitted light is maintained at the level of the light-quantity command signal under feedback control by a current-controlling amplifier.

摘要: A laser beam recording method and apparatus are constituted for recording an image by obtaining a laser beam whose optical intensity is modulated by controlling a drive current for a semiconductor laser on the basis of a light emission level instructing signal corresponding to an image signal, and scanning the laser beam on a photosensitive material. The optical output is stabilized by detecting the optical intensity of the laser beam and feeding back a feedback signal corresponding to the detected optical intensity to the light emission level instructing signal. A filter circuit formed so that the gain gradually increases from near to a cutoff frequency of a circuit for the optical output stabilization toward a higher frequency side is disposed in a stage prior to the circuit for the optical output stabilization. Or, a bias current of a value smaller than the value of the drive current that produces the laser beam of the minimum optical intensity capable of exciting the photosensitive material is always fed to the semiconductor laser.
