Abstract:
A piston-type accumulator includes a separating piston (24) axially displaced inside an accumulator housing (10) and separating two spaces from one another inside the accumulator housing (10), particularly a gas side (22) from a liquid side (20) of the accumulator. Due to the fact that the separating piston (24) is predominantly or completely made of a plastic material, it can be provided with a very light weight reducing the overall installation weight of the piston-type accumulator.

Abstract:
A device for damping pressure surges in a fluid with a housing (10) and a piston (14) that can be longitudinally displaced inside the housing (10) against the pretensioning force of a spring energy store (12). The piston (14) interacts with another piston (24), which is guided in a connecting piece (26) of the housing (10) in a manner that enables it to be longitudinally displaced. During the operation of the device, the piston (14) exerts a pressure force onto the other piston (24) when the other piston is in any displacement position. Even pressure surges occurring with a high frequency can be reliably controlled in a functionally reliable manner.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a piston-type accumulator comprising an accumulator housing provided in the form of a cylinder tube (1), inside of which a seperating piston (15), which separates two working spaces (5) and (6) from one another, can be displaced in axial direction within a piston stroke area (19) of the cylinder tube (1) which is closed at both axial ends by a closure part (7) of which at least one, by deforming a deforming area (9) of the wall of the cylinder tube (1), said deforming area adjoining the piston stroke area (19), is provided in the form of part that exists as a single piece therewith. A stop body (25) which limits the movement of the separating piston (15) before reaching the deforming area (9), is provided inside the cylinder tube (1) at the location where the piston stroke area (19) transitions into transitions the deforming area (9).
Abstract:
A piston-type accumulator includes a separating piston (13) displaced axially within a piston housing (1). The piston separates a fluid side (15) of the accumulator from its gas side (23), and has comprises two sealing areas (17, 25) offset relative to each other in the axial direction. The sealing areas are arranged on the circumference of the piston and are displaced along the inner wall surface of the accumulator housing. The accumulator housing (1) is provided with a ventilation device (31) between the sealing areas (17, 25) for discharging leakage passing through the sealing areas (17, 25).
Abstract:
A hydraulic accumulator, especially a hydraulic damper, includes a connecting piece for producing fluid communication between the interior of the hydraulic accumulator and at least two fluid connecting lines in a fitting. The connecting piece is connected to the fitting. The connecting piece is provided with at least one annular channel in its outer periphery in such a way that the connecting section of the connecting piece leading to the interior of the hydraulic accumulator is in fluid communication with the connecting line in the fitting through the annular channel. A compact construction is obtained that avoids the disadvantages of long lines.
Abstract:
An arrangement for securing objects in a cargo space of a motor vehicle is fastened in the floor of the cargo space and has at least one supporting element which can be adjusted between an active position. The arrangement projects into the cargo space, and a passive position, in which a supporting element ends at a level with the cargo space floor, is configured such that it can be easily operated and does not hinder the loadability of the cargo space. The supporting element can be adjusted approximately perpendicularly to the plane of the cargo space floor and, in its active position, projects approximately perpendicularly into the cargo space.
Abstract:
The invention relates to a display arrangement for distance-transmitting device mounted on an instrument panel of a vehicle. The device has at least one display unit on the instrument panel within the field of vision of the driver. The display unit is advantageously inserted into an opening, in particular into a slit-like duct provided or into an extension thereof, in the instrument panel in approximately the vertical direction and to such an extent that a top part of the display unit which contains the display area, projects upwards beyond the instrument panel. The instrument panel has at least one air-outlet slit which extends along the vehicle's windshield, approximately parallel to it and is intended for ventilating the windshield. For the purpose of retrofitting the instrument panel with auxiliary and additional modules for assisting the driver without adversely affecting the aesthetically pleasing appearance of the instrument panel not yet fitted with auxiliary and additional modules, the slit-like duct is introduced into the top side of the instrument panel, in extension of the at least one air-outlet slit, and serves for the purpose of inserting or adding the auxiliary and additional modules.
Abstract:
An ultrasound testing device for gas pressure accumulators is used to test a predeterminable set position that can be taken by a movable separating element inside an accumulator filled with gas and connected to a fluid circuit. The separating element has at least one testing body associated with a visible mark which indicates the set position of the separating element. An ultrasound testing device on a testing body can be set on the accumulator in alignment with the visible mark. This testing device allows a plurality of accumulators of the same type to be tested for their predeterminable gas pressure set value, which corresponds to the gas pre-filling pressure, by a single hand apparatus. This kind of test is economical and achieves reliable results.
