    摘要: To prevent bucking of a fuel injection operated automotive engine, under transient dynamic conditions, due to resilient suspension thereof, a timing capacitor in the fuel injection system has an auxiliary capacitor connected in parallel thereto over a diode, the auxiliary capacitor having its own charge circuit, and the diode and charge circuit being so arranged that the diode becomes conductive when the voltage across the main capacitor exceeds the voltage across the auxiliary capacitor, thus delaying and flattening the charge rate to the main capacitor without, however, detracting from total charge being placed on both capacitors to prevent excessive changes in fuel valve injection timing under transient engine operating conditions.

The method comprises determining traffic statistics of the first cell, comparing the traffic statistics with a threshold value, when the determined traffic statistics goes beyond the threshold value, transmitting a data request to a second radio base station requesting data retrieved in or associated with a second cell to be used to determine performance state of the first cell, receiving a data response indicating the requested data from the second radio base station, and determining the performance state of the first cell based on the data response.

    摘要: The invention relates to a method in a Mobility Management Entity (10,11) for handling a setup of an S1 Application Protocol signalling connection between a first radio base station and the Mobility Management Entity (10,11) in a Long Term Evolution radio communications network. The Mobility Management Entity (10,11) receives an S1 Setup Request message from the first radio base station (12). Furthermore, the Mobility Management Entity (10,11) sends an S1 Setup Response message to the first radio base station (12) enabling the first radio base station to handle the setup of the S1 Application Protocol signalling connection. The S1 Setup Response message comprises an indication of at least one supported tracking area code of a tracking area, which tracking area is served by the Mobility Management Entity (10,11).

    摘要: In one aspect, the teachings herein provide an enhanced inter-base-station interface and associated processing in which a base station receives a message from a neighboring base station that zero served PLMNs are available in a neighboring cell. In response to receiving that message, the base station removes the neighboring cell from its neighbor list, or otherwise marks the neighboring cell as unavailable, but advantageously does not discard any network performance data accumulated or otherwise generated for that neighboring cell. Correspondingly, should the base station receive a subsequent message indicating that one or more served PLMNs have become available in the neighboring cell, it restores the neighboring cell to its neighbor list and reinstates links or associations, as needed, to the retained network performance data.

A sleeve is removably mounted on the handpiece. The handpiece contains a primary coil and the sleeve encloses a secondary coil, which are inductively coupled together so that electromagnetic energy can be transferred between them. A flexible light guide member having a light source such as a light-emitting diode extends from the sleeve. The light guide can bend and flex in any direction allowing the light source to emit light in any direction.

    摘要: A dental prophylaxis angle and handpiece assembly for cleaning and polishing teeth is provided. The dental prophylaxis angle is removably attached to the dental handpiece by an interlocking mechanism that includes extension locking tabs, a locking annular member, and an interlocking drive member in the handpiece. The prophy angle is securely snap-fitted onto the handpiece and locked in place so that it has minimal lateral movement. After the prophy angle has been used to treat a patient, it can be removed easily from the handpiece and disposed thereof.
