Abstract: Methods, systems, computer-readable media, and apparatuses are described for reporting, in support of positioning a UE, information about consistencies of positioning reference signal (PRS) measurements, PRS resources, PRS resource sets, or transmission and reception points (TRPs). In some embodiments, a UE receives PRS resources from TRPs and performs PRS measurements based on the PRS resources. The UE determines whether certain PRS measurements, PRS resources, PRS resource sets, or TRPs contribute to a consistent position estimate and/or consistent positioning measurements. The UE reports to a device, such as to a location server, information about consistent groups, where each consistent group identifies a set of such consistent elements.

The base station may determine a customized function block based on classifying the UE into the cluster of UEs. For example, the base station may determine the customized function block based on determining whether the cluster of UEs is associated with a pre-trained customized function block. The base station may then transmit the customized function block to the UE. The UE may receive the customized function block and may process one or more signals at the UE based on the received customized function block.

In an aspect, a communications device (e.g., UE, gNB, LMF, etc.) determines a reference geographic coordinate (e.g., local or global coordinate) for a plurality of sidelink zones, wherein boundaries associated with each sidelink zone are defined via a respective sidelink zone identifier that includes one or more geographic offsets relative to the reference geographic coordinate. A UE receives an indication of the reference geographic coordinate, and performs one or more sidelink zone-related operations based on the reference geographic coordinate.

In an aspect, a relative location anchor group (RLAG) may facilitate a position estimation procedure in an environment where absolute position estimation accuracy is below a threshold. Abstract: When a user equipment (UE) is configured with a primary cell (PCell) and one or more secondary cells (SCell), scheduling of uplink (UL) and/or downlink (DL) resources for the UE may be received from the primary cell.
