    Abstract: This disclosure provides systems, methods, and devices for wireless communication that support antenna configuration indicate by PRS feedback. In a first aspect, a method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a wireless communication device, a positioning reference signal (PRS) configuration transmission from a network entity. The method also includes determining, by the wireless communication device, a PRS measurement report based on an antenna configuration. The method further includes transmitting, by the wireless communication device, the PRS measurement report, the PRS measurement report indicating the antenna configuration. Other aspects and features are also claimed and described.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a communications device (e.g., UE, gNB, LMF, etc.) determines a reference geographic coordinate (e.g., local or global coordinate) for a plurality of sidelink zones, wherein boundaries associated with each sidelink zone are defined via a respective sidelink zone identifier that includes one or more geographic offsets relative to the reference geographic coordinate. A UE receives an indication of the reference geographic coordinate, and performs one or more sidelink zone-related operations based on the reference geographic coordinate.

    Abstract: Disclosed are techniques for wireless communication. In an aspect, a relative location anchor group (RLAG) may facilitate a position estimation procedure in an environment where absolute position estimation accuracy is below a threshold. An absolute position estimate derived via the RLAG may optionally be transformed to a true (or more accurate) position estimate via transformation information. In some cases, new anchors may be added to the RLAG after performing a position estimation procedure with the RLAG. In other designs, a local coordinate system (LCS) may be used for position estimation in lieu of a global coordinate system (GCS), such as WGS 84.

    Abstract: When a user equipment (UE) is configured with a primary cell (PCell) and one or more secondary cells (SCell), scheduling of uplink (UL) and/or downlink (DL) resources for the UE may be received from the primary cell. However, in some circumstances, the primary cell may be unable to provide such scheduling related information. In such circumstances, one or more secondary cells may be enabled to provide scheduling related information to the UE such that cells other than the primary cell may function as scheduling cells. Information regarding dormancy states of the cells (primary and/or secondary) may also be provided by the scheduling cells.
