Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a network entity may receive, via a first frequency carrier, a first message of a multi-stage grant that includes the first message and a second message, wherein the multi-stage grant schedules a communication, wherein the first message indicates first information associated with the second message of the multi-stage grant, and wherein the first frequency carrier is associated with a first radio access technology (RAT). The network entity may receive, via a second frequency carrier, the second message of the multi-stage grant, wherein the second message indicates second information associated with the communication, and wherein the second frequency carrier is associated with a second RAT. For example, a network entity for wireless communications can transmit wide sensing signal beams in different directions to detect a target. The network entity can detect the target with one or more of the wide sensing signal beams. The network entity can transmit a narrow sensing signal beam in a direction towards the target to track the target, after the target has been detected. The network entity can further increase a power of the narrow sensing signal beam to provide energy to the target.

Abstract: Apparatuses and methods for scrambling of FMCW for interference mitigation in JCS are described. An apparatus is configured to obtain a set of phase-coded FMCW signals that is phase-coded based on a scrambling ID for the first node and/or a second node. Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for allocating channel state information (CSI) processing unit (CPU) for user equipment (UE) initiated CSI. For example, the UE may receive an indication from a network entity (e.g., a base station or gNB) configuring the UE with a number of one or more CPUs allowed to be occupied for UE-initiated CSI feedback. The UE uses the at least one of the CPUs to calculate UE-initiated CSI feedback. The UE transmits at least one report including the UE-initiated CSI feedback if one or more conditions are met, such as when a mismatch between a CSI metric for a scheduled physical downlink shared channel (PDSCH) and a CSI metric calculated as part of the UE-initiated CSI feedback is equal to or exceeding a threshold value.

A transmitting device may receive one or more service data units (SDUs) at a layer two (L2) layer of the transmitting device. The transmitting device may encode, at the L2 layer, the one or more SDUs according to one or more network coding parameters to obtain at least one encoded protocol data unit (PDU), the one or more network coding parameters comprising a rateless code. The transmitting device may generate, for the at least one encoded PDU, at least one corresponding PDU header. The transmitting device may output the at least one encoded PDU and the at least one corresponding PDU header from the L2 layer to a lower layer of the transmitting device for transmission to one or more receiving devices.
