    摘要: A monitoring device and a monitoring method for an injection molding machine, in which a trend chart is displayed on a common axis so that changes of set values of molding conditions and changes of measured values of monitoring items can be grasped correspondingly. A history of the measured values of the monitoring items is stored, and a change history of the set values of the molding conditions is also stored. An operator sets monitoring items and molding condition items to be displayed. In doing this, the operator sets a display range such that molding condition items having changed set values within the display range are displayed and selected. Alternatively, coefficients of correlation between the measured values of the selected monitoring items and the set values of the molding conditions are obtained, and the molding condition items are displayed in the order of priority of correlation and selected. For example, a metering time, minimum cushion amount, and peak pressure are selected as the monitoring items, and a first stage injection speed and barrel 3 temperature as the molding condition items. Thus, the trend chart is displayed with a time base on its abscissa axis, and the influence of the set values on the measured values can be grasped with ease.

    摘要: A media ID specific to a memory card is recorded on the memory card and a device ID specific to a camera is stored in the camera. If image data and voice data are obtained, these items of data are subjected to a first encryption operation using the device ID as an encryption key. The encrypted data is subjected to a second encryption operation using the media ID as an encryption key, resulting in doubly encrypted data. At playback, the media ID is read from the memory card and is subjected to a first decryption operation. The device ID is read from a device-ID memory and a second decryption operation is performed using the device ID as a decryption key. These IDs cannot be rewritten and decryption cannot be carried out unless these IDs are used. Even if data is copied without authorization, therefore, the data cannot be decrypted. This makes it possible to prevent the unauthorized utilization of the data.

    摘要: The invention proposes a technique of preventing a propagation of a damage in a reinforcing layer to a toric air bag even if the reinforcing layer arranged on an outer peripheral side of the toric air bag in a safety tire to suppress an unnecessary size growth of the toric air bag and allowed to a proper expansion deformation of the toric air bag in the puncture of the tire or the like is damaged by foreign matters entered through a puncture hole into the tire, in which the reinforcing layer separately arranged from the toric air bag is fitted on the outer peripheral side of the toric air bag having a hollow torus shape over its full periphery to suppress the propagation of the damage in the reinforcing layer to the toric air bag through an interface layer therebetween.

    摘要: There is provided the torque limiter for limiting a torque command to be output when pressure feedback control of the pressure holding step is performed. After the start of the pressure holding step, the torque limiter limits output toque of the servomotor for injection for a predetermined time period after the screw starts to move backward. As a result, the output torque in the backward direction of the screw is limited and reduced, whereby the speed of backward movement of the screw is reduced, and decrease of the pressure applied to the resin becomes moderate, thus abrupt drop of the pressure can be avoided.

When the injection molding machine is not in operation, the setting items on the screen are shown in a normal first display appearance. During operation of the machine, unalterable setting items, among the setting items on the screen, are shown in a second display appearance to be distinguished from the first display appearance. Since setting items that are normally alterable but should not be altered during operation of the injection molding machine are displayed in the second display appearance in a distinguishable manner, such setting items can be clearly identified, thus improving operability.

According to this measuring instrument, a pitch P of the lead screw 31 is twice as large or more than the difference between an external diameter R and a core diameter r thereof, and the difference between the external diameter R and the core diameter r is one-fifth or less of the external diameter R. Because of the lead screw 31 with the large pitch, the spindle 3 can be moved at high speed, thus enhancing operational performance of the measuring instrument.
