    Abstract: A communication method and system for a Machine-Type Communication (MTC) User Equipment (UE) are disclosed. The method includes that: at least one MTC UE in an MTC UE group receives, based on group paging information received, broadcast information carrying group trigger information from an MTC server, wherein the group trigger information is used for triggering the at least one MTC UE in the MTC UE group; and the at least one UE communicates with the MTC server based on the group trigger information. In the disclosure, the group trigger information is broadcast to the MTC UE group through the broadcast information, so that a plurality of MTC UE in one group is triggered simultaneously, thus optimizing group triggering process, and reducing network resources occupied in the group triggering process.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel amphiphilic block copolymer and the preparation method thereof, as well as a micellar drug-loaded system formed by said copolymer and an anti-tumor drug. Said amphiphilic block copolymer comprises a hydrophilic segment and a hydrophobic segment, and the end group of said hydrophobic segment is end-capped with a hydrophobic group. Methoxypolyethylene glycol (or polyethylene glycol)-polyester block copolymer which has recognized safety is used as a fundamental material of the amphiphilic block copolymer of the present invention, and the terminal hydroxyl group of the polyester segment is modified with a hydrophobic group, whereby the compatibility between the drug molecule and the hydrophobic segments of the block copolymer is improved, and the interaction therebetween is enhanced. Moreover, a larger space for accommodating the drug molecules is provided. Said micelles are more effective in restricting the drug molecules inside the micellar core and preventing the drug from dissolved out of the micelles. Therefore, a drug-loaded micelle with high stability is obtained.

An MTC server sets contents of MTC device trigger information, and sends the received MTC device trigger information to a network node equipment. The network node equipment searches a core network equipment corresponding to a target user equipment, and sends the received MTC device trigger information to the core network equipment. The core network equipment forwards the MTC device trigger information to the target user equipment via a radio access network. The target user equipment receives the MTC device trigger information, and sends an MTC device trigger information acknowledgement message to the core network equipment.
