摘要： A cassette roll sheet feeding apparatus for feeding a roll sheet from a cassette after the roll sheet cassette is loaded in a copying machine employs a sheet guide. The sheet guide is near a sheet outlet having at least one opening. An assembly such as a roller rotatably journaled by a shaft, serves to assist the feeding of the roll sheet through the outlet and is urged against the sheet guide through the leading end of the roll sheet.A sheet feed roller is in the copying machine body and projects through the opening in the sheet guide to hold the sheet in cooperation with the roller, when the cassette is mounted in the copying machine body. The sheet is held at the leading end portion when the cassette is removed from the copying machine body.

摘要： An improved screen drum type electrographic apparatus which can obtain a picture image having a correct aspect ratio is disclosed. The apparatus comprises a cylindrical lens arranged in an optical passage including an optical system for scanning a manuscript such as printed matter disposed on a table. The cylindrical lens has such a radius of curvature that an image magnification in the scanning direction only is defined by 1/K (K>1) and a length which is sufficient to optically cover the scanning width of a screen drum or the manuscript. The apparatus is so constructed that the ratio of the peripheral speed of the screen drum to the moving speed of the manuscript table or the optical system for scanning manuscript is defined by 1/K.

摘要： An objective lens actuator comprises, two objective lenses, each for focusing lights upon an optical disc, an objective lens holder member for holding the objective lenses thereon, and lens protectors for preventing the objective lenses from being contacted on the optical disc, wherein the lens protectors include first and second lens protectors, which are provided on both end portions of the objective lens holder member in a tracking direction, and a third lens protector, which is provided in a middle of the two objective lenses, wherein the first and second lens protectors, which are provided on both end portions of the objective lens holder member in the tracking direction, are provided the objective lenses and end portion of the objective lens holder member in the tracking direction, and the third lens protector, which is provided between the objective lenses, has a height closer to that of the optical disc than the protectors, which are provided on both end portions of the objective lens holder member in the tracking direction.

摘要： It is an object of the present invention to provide: a rubber stopper composition that is easy to mold and process, excellent in sealing properties and gas-barrier properties, low in propensity to elute into the contents, and satisfactory in needle penetration; and a medical rubber stopper made by using the same. The object of the present invention is attained by a composition made up in a predetermined way by dynamically cross-linking an isobutylene-based polymer in the presence of polyolefin with use of a hydrosilyl-group-containing compound and by further adding a softener to the isobutylene-based polymer thus cross-linked, the isobutylene-based polymer having an alkenyl group at a terminal thereof. To the composition of the present invention, a block copolymer consisting of a polymer block (a) composed mainly of an aromatic vinyl-based compound and a polymer block (b) composed mainly of isobutylene or a lubricant can be added.

摘要： In a monitoring and control device for use in a remote monitoring and control system, a device housing has a socket located behind a display panel and an external storage medium including a rewritable memory is removably mounted in the socket. The device housing is attached in an attachment hole formed in a wall in a state that the external storage medium is mounted in the socket. A control unit performs a setting operation for a graphic image displayed on the display panel and for the load control in accordance with setting information stored in the external storage medium. The external storage medium is inserted in the socket through an insertion slot formed in a side portion of the device housing, at least a portion of the insertion slot being received in the attachment hole in a state that the device housing is attached to the wall.

摘要： An objective lens actuator 25, for driving an objective lens 1 for focusing lights upon a recoding surface of an optical disc, comprises a moving part 2, which comprises the objective lens 1 and a coil; a magnet, which is fixed on a yoke and drives the moving part 2; a plural number of elastic support parts, each of which supports the moving part 2 at an end thereof; a first fixing portion 5a and a second fixing portion 5b, which fix other ends of the plural number of elastic support parts 4 and are disposed opposite to each other in a focus direction; and a moving mechanism 6, which is provided on the first and second fixing portion 5a and 5b, so that the first and second fixing portions 5a and 5b can move in the focus direction, relatively, and thereby providing the objective lens actuator 25 enabling to reduce the dynamic relative tilt between the optical disc and the objective lens 1 (i.e., reducing the tilt of the objective lens 1 in the tangential direction when operating), as well as, an optical pickup and an optical disc drive.

摘要： To improve the reliability to an environmental temperature change of an optical pickup, an optical pickup 7 has a semiconductor laser 711 for generating a laser beam. An objective lens drive leads the laser beam to a predetermined position of a disk. The semiconductor laser and objective lens drive are mounted on a pickup hosing 70. The objective lens drive has a movable portion 74 and the movable portion has an objective lens 716 for condensing the laser beam on the recording face of the disk. A fixed portion 72 holds the movable portion through a support member. The fixed portion has a magnetic yoke 75. An extended portion formed by extending a part of the yoke to the fixed portion side and the upside 72b of a cutout formed at the intermediate portion of the fixed portion in the tracking direction are adhered and fixed.
