    摘要: A computer-readable storage medium having stored therein an information processing program, an information processing method, an information processing apparatus, and an information processing system which are capable of alleviating a user's uncomfortableness are provided. When a game process is performed by a game apparatus having an LCD on which a display image can be displayed by switching between a planar view display and a stereoscopically visible display, angular velocities of rotations about axes of the game apparatus are detected by using an angular velocity sensor provided in the game apparatus. When at least one of the detected angular velocities of the rotations about the respective axes is greater than or equal to a predetermined angular velocity threshold value, the stereoscopically visible display is switched to the planar view display.

    摘要: An image displaying device includes: a display section cyclically switching a plurality of image streams, thereby time-divisionally displaying the plurality of image streams, each of the plurality of image streams being provided for corresponding one of a plurality of shutter mechanisms performing opening-closing operations at timings different from each other; and a dithering processing section performing a dithering process on a plurality of input images by using a plurality of masks, each of the plurality of masks having a pattern of two-dimensionally-arranged grayscale values, the pattern differing from a pattern of another mask, and then supplying a plurality of resultant images produced through the dithering process to the display section. The dithering processing section controls the dithering process in such a manner that the plurality of masks are sequentially and cyclically switched in synchronization with shutter open timings for each of the shutter mechanisms.

After the pixel of the original image is copied to the pixel of the destination image, the height of the pixel of the original image is decremented. The pixel of the original image is copied in the rightward direction to pixels of the destination image until the height of the pixel of the original image becomes 0 or until a height of the pixel of the destination image becomes lower than that of the pixel of the original image. The same processes are performed on each pixel of the original image, and thereby the left-eye image is generated.
