    摘要: A processing method for a pair of stereo images is provided. The method includes: extracting a pair of edge images from the stereo images, each edge image having edge pixels, each edge pixel of one of the edge images being associated with an overlap record and a disparity record; providing a plurality of image lateral shifts to sequentially determine a plurality of overlap levels between the pair of edge images; and updating the overlap record and the disparity record associated with a selected edge pixel to a maximum overlap level and a most-likely disparity, respectively. The maximum overlap level is a maximum among a plurality of associated overlap levels to which the selected edge pixel contributes. The most-likely disparity corresponds to the maximum overlap level.

    摘要: A method for bonding a heat-conducting substrate and a metal layer is provided. A heat-conducting substrate, a first metal layer and a preformed layer are provided. The preformed layer is between the heat-conducting substrate and the first metal layer. The preformed layer is a second metal layer or a metal oxide layer. A heating process is performed to the preformed layer in an oxygen-free atmosphere to convert the preformed layer to a bonding layer for bonding the heat-conducting substrate and the first metal layer. The temperature of the heating process is less than or equal to 300° C.

A cavity is defined by the opening of the second insulating layer and the first insulating layer. A metal layer is formed on the cavity.

The output buffer includes a buffer input, a buffer output, a differential input stage, a bias current source, an output stage, a compensation capacitor, and a comparator. The output stage and the comparator are both operated between an analog supply voltage (AVDD) and a half analog supply voltage (HAVDD), or both operated between the half analog supply voltage (HAVDD) and a ground voltage. The comparator compares an input signal with an output signal and outputs a control signal to the bias current source according to the compared result.

The fiber has a probe terminal and a coupling terminal for being coupled to the laser illuminator. The driving mechanism for vertical shift serves for driving the fiber probe holder to shift in microscale. The stage unit has a nanoscale shift controller, a placing portion, wherein the nano-scale shift controller is connected to the placing portion, and the placing portion is located under the fiber probe holder. The driving mechanism for horizontal shift serves for driving the stage unit to shift in microscale. The electronic control unit is electrically connected to the nanoscale shift controller and the driving mechanism for horizontal shift.
