    摘要: A diagnostic apparatus configured to communicate with a well test system comprising a plurality of wells in a field, comprising a receiving component configured to receive a well test data from the well test system, a transmitting component configured to transmit an abnormal well test signal indication, at least one processor configured to communicate with the transmitting component and the receiving component, and a memory coupled to the at least one processor, wherein the memory comprises instructions that when executed by the at least one processor cause the diagnostic apparatus to compare the well test data to one or more well test descriptors stored in memory, correlate the well test data to an abnormal well test result selected based at least in part on the comparison with the one or more well test descriptors stored in the memory, and instruct the transmitting component to transmit an abnormal well test signal indication to a recipient.

    摘要: A miniaturized anode module includes a target, a rotor module, a first rotation shaft, a second rotation shaft, and a heat barrier. The target is used for receiving an electron beam in order to excite a ray. The rotor module is used for driving the target in rotation. The first rotation shaft is coupled to the target. The second rotation shaft is coupled to the first rotation shaft and the rotor module, such that the rotor module drives the first rotation shaft and the target in synchronous rotation by the second rotation shaft. The heat barrier is disposed between the first rotation shaft and the second rotation shaft, and is used to block the transfer of heat generated by the target when exciting the ray to the second rotation shaft through the first rotation shaft.

    摘要: A metal silicide thin film and ultra-shallow junctions and methods of making are disclosed. In the present disclosure, by using a metal and semiconductor dopant mixture as a target, a mixture film is formed on a semiconductor substrate using a physical vapor deposition (PVD) process. The mixture film is removed afterwards by wet etching, which is followed by annealing to form metal silicide thin film and ultra-shallow junctions. Because the metal and semiconductor dopant mixture is used as a target to deposit the mixture film, and the mixture film is removed by wet etching before annealing, self-limiting, ultra-thin, and uniform metal silicide film and ultra-shallow junctions are formed concurrently in semiconductor field-effect transistor fabrication processes, which are suitable for field-effect transistors at the 14 nm, 11 nm, or even further technology node.

    摘要: A switch-mode voltage converter has a switching transistor coupled between an input voltage (Vin) and the ground and a controller coupled directly between the input voltage (Vin) and the ground. The controller periodically turns on the switching transistor for a generally constant period of time. The controller is further coupled to a DC bias voltage (Vbias) and generates a control current based on the input voltage (Vin) and the DC bias voltage (Vbias) for generating a switching signal to the switching transistor.

    摘要: A user behavior model provides personalized recommendations based in part on time and location, particularly to users of mobile devices. Entity types are ranked according to relevance to the user. Example entity types are restaurant, hotel, etc. The relevance may be based on reference to a large-scale database containing queries from other users. Additionally, entities within each entity type may be ranked based on relevance to the user and the time and location context. A user interface may display a ranked list of entity types, such as restaurant, hotel, etc., wherein each entity type is represented by a highest-ranked entity with the entity type. Thus, the user interface may display a highest-ranked restaurant, a highest-ranked hotel, etc. Upon user selection of one such entity type the user interface is replaced with a second user interface, for example showing a ranked hierarchy of restaurants, headed by the highest-ranked restaurant.
