It is also possible to display a selected image obtained through the low acoustic pressure transmission at an arbitrary timing instead of the pre-flash image.

    摘要: After executing a second transmission constituting an ultrasonic wave of an amount of one frame from an ultrasonic wave having a high sound pressure of destructing bubbles in a predetermined section for making a blood stream image or a tissue image in a circulation image of a blood stream disappear by making the bubbles in the predetermined section disappear, there is carried out a third transmission by an ultrasonic wave having a low sound pressure of not substantially destructing the bubbles for acquiring the circulation image of the blood stream with regard to the predetermined section. The first transmission is executed by the ultrasonic wave for making a portion of the blood stream image in the circulation image disappear by making the bubbles at the predetermined region present in the predetermined section disappear as necessary while executing the third transmission.

    摘要: After the establishment of the saturation state of a contrast medium which has flowed into a subject for photographing inside a patient given the contrast medium, scan is performed under a high acoustic pressure adapted to break the bubbles of the contrast medium, so as to refresh the section for the photographing, and to acquire the maximum value of echo signal intensities. Subsequently, scans by ultrasounds under a low acoustic pressure or a medium acoustic pressure which does not break the contrast medium are carried out a plurality of times at different timings, thereby to execute a scan sequence for acquiring in-vivo information necessary for a TIC analysis. Data obtained by the scans are analyzed in a blood-flow-index estimation unit, and are displayed in a predetermined scheme.

    摘要: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus wherein an echo signal produced by scanning an ultrasonic beam at a three dimensional region is received and a two dimensional cross sectional image and three dimensional information based on the echo signal are obtained. A display is operable in a first mode in which only the cross sectional image is displayed, a second mode in which only the three dimensional information is displayed, and a third mode in which the three dimensional information overlapped with said cross sectional image is displayed. The three dimensional information at least includes a portion of the two dimensional cross sectional image, and preferably adjacent front side and rear side regions. In a preferred embodiment, the three dimensional information is color doppler information and the two dimensional cross sectional image is a gray scale image, and the areas of the cross sectional surfaces in which the color doppler information is obtained in a direction perpendicular to the front and back of the gray scale two dimensional cross sectional image become smaller as the distance from the gray scale two dimensional cross sectional image increases.

    摘要: An ultrasound contrast medium which substantially consist of microbubbles is injected into a patient and contrast echo imaging is performed by a diagnostic ultrasound apparatus. In the apparatus, an ultrasound pulse signal is transmitted toward the patient's diagnostic region on the basis of a changeable transmitted sound pressure, an echoed component of the transmitted ultrasound pulse signal is received to produce a corresponding reception signal, a tomographic image using the reception signal is produced, and the transmitted sound pressure is optimized so as to maximize a value of the reception signal. The transmitted sound pressure is a representative of the transmission power condition. For example, the transmitted sound pressure optimized is displayed. The transmitted sound pressure is, by way of example, optimized based on the reception signal corresponding to the echoed component emanating from an overall region of interest in a cross section scanned by the ultrasound pulse signal.
