Disclosed are an image coding and decoding methods, an image processing device, and a computer storage medium. The image coding method comprises: obtaining a dynamic range of a copy parameter of a current coding sampling value segment according to a size of a reference area; and coding the copy parameter according to the dynamic range to generate a video bitstream containing information about the size of the reference area and information about the copy parameter. The decoding method comprises: parsing a video bitstream to obtain a dynamic range of a copy parameter of a decoding sampling value segment; and decoding the copy parameter according to the dynamic range.

Disclosed is a video processing method. The method comprises: splicing, according to pre-determined video sorting information, two or more original video images, to obtain a composite video image; encoding the composite video image; and sending out the encoded composite video image. Correspondingly, also disclosed are a video processing apparatus and system, which can ensure strict synchronization between multiple channels of videos in a telepresence meeting; moreover, the problem of how to determine a video image output position is solved, so that the telepresence meeting renders a vivid communication effect.

Disclosed are a method, system and device for coding and decoding depth information, and the method includes: data in original Depth Look-up Tables (DLTs) of selected views are combined to establish a unified DLT, a value of the number of elements in the unified DLT and each element in the unified DLT are coded respectively and a coded value and each coded element are transmitted to a decoder; and depth information of each view is coded by taking the unified DLT as a whole or in portions and coded depth information of each view is transmitted to the decoder.

Disclosed are a method and device for generating a predicted picture, the method comprising: determining a reference rectangular block of pixels according to parameter information which includes a location of a target rectangular block of pixels and/or depth information of a reference view; mapping the reference rectangular block of pixels to a target view according to the depth information of the reference view to obtain a projection rectangular block of pixels; and acquiring a predicted picture block from the projection rectangular block of pixels. The technical problem of relatively large dependence among the data brought by simultaneously employing the depth picture of the target view and the depth picture of the reference view in the process of generating the predicted picture in the prior art is solved, and the technical effects of reducing the dependence on the data and improving the encoding and decoding efficiency is achieved.

Provided are methods and devices for encoding and decoding using parameter sets, and electronic equipment. In the method for encoding, an encoder determines parameter sets and/or virtual parameter sets for a slice, wherein the virtual parameter set is a data structure which is generated by loading information acquired from a bitstream into a syntax structure of an existing parameter set and/or a preset syntax structure and includes tool parameters and/or control parameters; and the encoder writes identification number (ID)(s) of the parameter sets and/or virtual parameter sets into a bitstream. Using the method, encoding and decoding efficiency is improved.
