    摘要: A positional error correction system applicable to a numerical control for controlling a machine tool along more than one control axis, such as along X and Y control axes. If the machine tool is to be positionally controlled along the X-axis, the position of the machine tool along the X-axis is corrected by a correction factor which is a function of the position of the machine tool along that axis and the position of the machine tool along the Y-axis, thus providing highly accurate position correction. The position error correction system is not restricted to merely the X and Y axes and can include control of a Z-axis. In such a case the positional correction is performed using a correction factor which is a function of the machine tool position along all three axes.

    摘要: Position error correction equipment with which it is possible to perform a backlash correction or a pitch error correction with a high degree of accuracy even if the state of a numerical control machine tool, for instance, temperature, varies. Error correction data groups predetermined by measurement in respective states of the numerical control machine tool are stored in an error storage circuit (MEM) corresponding to the respective states. An error correction data selecting circuit (MPX) selects an error correction data group corresponding to a particular state of the numerical machine tool from the error correction data groups stored in the error storage circuit (MEM). A position correcting circuit (CPG) carries out a position correction by adding a correction pulse to a command pulse or feedback pulse from a position detector through utilization of the error correction data group selected by the error correction data selecting circuit (MPX).

    摘要: Disclosed is a plunger rod for a syringe. The plunger rod is useful for sliding a piston within a syringe barrel. The plunger rod is characterized in that it is colored in part or in whole. The syringe is also disclosed. According to such plunger rods, even plural syringes of exactly the same external appearance and configuration can be applied with features that make it possible to readily and visually identify them by simply taking a glance at their appearances without needing a measure such as applying indication members such as labels on them. Further, the use of such plunger rods makes it possible to provide syringes of significantly enhanced visual identifiability without impairing high-level quality, functions, sanitariness and safety required for the syringes.

    摘要: Disclosed are a piston for a micro-volume syringe and a plunger. The micro-volume syringe has a syringe barrel with a space defined in it. The piston is slidable on and along a wall of the space. A leading member to be arranged on a side where the piston comes into contact with a solution filled in the space and a trailing member to be arranged on a side where a plunger rod is to be connected, the latter side being opposite to a solution side of the leading member, have been integrated with each other. The trailing member has a higher hardness than the leading member. With the micro-volume syringe in which a drug solution can be filled in a very small quantity, the piston makes it possible to perform smooth drawing and ejection of the drug solution without leakage. Even if the small piston connected to a tip of the plunger rod is operated in a direction that the piston is to be pulled out of the syringe, the plunger rod does not slip off from the piston accidentally. The piston and plunger are optimal for the micro-volume syringe.
