Abstract:
The present invention relates to a nozzle structure of a dispenser pump button. According to the present invention, the nozzle structure of the dispenser pump button is designed in such a way that an outer nozzle with a discharge hole forwardly moves by the pressure of the content, and the content is discharged through the discharge hole distanced from an inner nozzle, thereby preventing the deformation of the nozzle. Therefore, the inflow of air into a cosmetic container is blocked, and thus the deterioration of the content can be prevented.
Abstract:
A shut-off system for a dispenser includes a pinch member that moves relative to a guide and which is normally biased against a flexible outlet tube that is disposed therebetween. The flexible outlet tube that carries material, such as soap, supplied from a pump to an outlet nozzle. The pump and the pinch member are in operative engagement with an actuator, such that when the actuator is not engaged, the pinch member closes the outlet tube to prevent residual material retained in the outlet tube from flowing or drooling out of the outlet nozzle. Correspondingly, when the actuator is engaged, the pump is compressed, and the pinch member is moved away from the outlet tube, allowing the material to be pumped through the outlet tube and dispensed from the outlet nozzle.
Abstract:
Embodiments of foam dispensers including a housing, an air compressor connected to the housing and an actuator for actuating the air compressor are disclosed herein. The air compressor releasably mates with a refill unit. The dispenser has an “empty state” and a “refilled state.” The empty state occurs when there is not a refill unit positioned in the dispenser, and the refilled state occurs when the refill unit is positioned in the dispenser. The air compressor remains connected to the housing during the refilled state and remains connected to the housing during the empty state. One refill unit for a foam pump dispenser includes a container for containing a foamable liquid and liquid pump housing connected to the container. The liquid pump housing is configured to releasably mate with an air compressor that is not part of the refill unit but is secured to a foam pump dispenser housing, and the refill unit is configured to be removed from the foam dispenser without removing the air compressor from the foam dispenser. The air inlet passage is in fluid communication with the atmosphere prior to being installed in a foam dispenser and the air inlet passage is in fluid communication with an air compressor when the refill unit is placed in the foam dispenser.
Abstract:
The present invention relates to a liquid-container equipped with a rotary discharger for discharging liquid whilst rotating. To this end, the present invention comprises: a main housing; a rotating shoulder section which is rotatably connected to the main housing; a moving cam section which is provided on the rotating shoulder section and which moves up/down in accordance with the rotation of the rotating shoulder section; a moving container section which is provided in the main housing, is connected to and moves with the moving cam section, and is provided with liquid therein; a pumping device section which is provided inside the moving cam section, and which both rotates the rotating shoulder section and moves the moving cam section up/down and thus causes the liquid to flow in or be discharged according to the pressure; a discharge cover section, which is connected to the pumping device section and has a discharge opening/closing section that opens and closes according to the pressure from the pumping device section; and an elastic member which is provided between the moving cam section and the discharge cover section, and which has an elasticity that allows the up/down movement of the moving cam.

Abstract:
The foam-dispensing pump container according to the present invention has the valve seat portion which protrudes inwardly below the air-liquid mixing unit and which is formed of the flexible member that can come into contact with the outer peripheral face of the latch portion of the rod-shaped valve body, and immediately after the nozzle head starts rising, the flexible valve seat portion comes into contact with the rod-shaped valve body before the upper opening end of the liquid chamber comes into contact with the rod-shaped valve body, thereby significantly reducing a backflow of the foam or liquid into the air passage, and consequently improving the usability of the foam-dispensing pump container.
Abstract:
The fluid dispenser device is fitted on the neck of a reservoir, and it includes a pump having a metering chamber that is closed by a first needle forming a check valve; a dispenser endpiece fitted on the pump including a second needle, forming a check valve, and a thrust surface to enable the device to be activated by a user pressing thereon; a protective cap for the device; a clamping collar carrying the cap; and a fastener member for fastening the device on the neck of the reservoir, the fastener member including an attachment member for attaching the fastener member around the neck and activatable by sliding the collar relative to the fastener member from a pre-assembly configuration to an assembled configuration, an inner ring for centering the pump on the reservoir and an outer ring retaining member for retaining the dispenser endpiece.
Abstract:
The pump includes a piston slidably mounted in a metering chamber, the piston including a support, a diaphragm made of a first material and forming a check valve that allows fluid to flow into the metering chamber, and a presser element for pressing the diaphragm against the support, the presser element including a skirt carrying seal enabling the piston to slide in leaktight manner in the metering chamber, the presser element being made of a second material different from the first material of the diaphragm, being fitted against the diaphragm, and having a diaphragm presser surface that holds the diaphragm deformed against the support in order to close the check valve.
