    摘要： The present disclosure provides apparatuses for filtering hot adhesives. In certain embodiments, the present disclosure provides a filter plate that is used in conjunction with a heater and a valve assembly. In other embodiments, the present disclosure provides a filter screen that is located in a recess of the valve assembly housing, in addition to or in lieu of the use of a separate filter plate. Both embodiments utilize one or more ribs, which aid the flow of adhesive, facilitate the transfer of heat from the heater to the valve assembly, and optionally, physically support the filter screen.

The first pump and the second pump are mounted on the carrier and each pump has an inlet and an outlet. The first pump pumps a first part of the two-part adhesive from its inlet to its outlet, and the second pump pumps a second part of the two-part adhesive from its inlet to its outlet. The at least one applicator is configured to mix the first part with the second part to form the two-part adhesive that is discharged from the outlet of the at least one applicator onto the substrate.

A source of fluid material is in fluid communication with the multiple orifice applicator. The multiple orifice applicator is mounted to a robotic arm, which positions the multiple orifice applicator relative to the work piece to enable the multiple orifice applicator to dispense fluid material onto the work piece. Fluid material is caused to flow from the source of fluid material into the multiple orifice applicator. The fluid material enters the multiple orifice applicator through an inlet duct and is dispersed and spread out into at least one dispersing chamber. The fluid material is dispensed onto the work piece through a plurality of outlet orifices in the multiple orifice applicator.

    摘要： A manifold for distributing liquid and process air to at least one dispensing module including a manifold body adapted to overlie at least a portion of a substrate. The manifold body includes a front surface having a liquid outlet vertically spaced above a process air outlet. The front surface of the manifold body is configured to carry at least one dispensing module having a liquid inlet and a process air inlet in communication with the liquid outlet and process air outlet in the manifold body. A groove is formed in the front surface of the manifold body between the liquid outlet and process air outlet and adapted to collect any liquid dripping from the liquid outlet toward the process air outlet when the dispensing module is removed from the manifold body thereby preventing the liquid from reaching the process air outlet.
