摘要: An encapsulated valve system includes a first housing portion having a first facing surface, the first facing surface comprising a plurality of branch pathways formed as a recess within the first facing surface. The valve system further includes a second housing portion having a second facing surface, the second facing surface comprising a plurality of branch pathways formed as a recess within the second facing surface. A disposable conduit is configured to be interposed between the first and second housing portions and disposed within the recess of the first facing surface and the recess of the second facing surface. The disposable conduit is thus sandwiched between the first and second facing surfaces. A plurality of pinch valve actuators are mounted on one or both of the first housing portion and the second housing portion, the plurality of pinch valve actuators configured to pinch the disposable conduit at selective branch pathways.

摘要: Embodiments relate to valves comprising a member such as a plate or poppet, that is moveable relative to a stationary seat. The state of the member may be maintained against opposing forces with relatively little expenditure of energy. According to one embodiment, a poppet displaced from seating in the valve seat, may be held in position against opposing forces tending to close the valve, until a desired flow of gas through the valve has taken place. The poppet may then be released as desired, such that those opposing forces serve to passively close the valve. The valve may be secured in position utilizing mechanical, magnetic, electromagnetic, pneumatic, electrostatic, or hydraulic approaches. Valve embodiments may be particularly suited to controlling gas flows for compression and/or expansion in an energy storage system.

摘要: The invention relates to a valve assembly which includes at least one, but typically two, balls (12,14) located along a passage and which balls can be moved between open and closed positions to selectively control the passage of fluid along the passage. The valve assembly includes at at least one end thereof a retaining assembly (32,34) which allows the effective sealing against one surface of a ball and retention of the same in position. A sealing assembly is also provided when two balls are provided, intermediate the same, which allows effective sealing to be achieved and at least one of the two trunnions which allows each of the balls to be mounted within the valve body is located only internally of the valve body. The components of the valve assembly which are located within the same can in one embodiment all be inserted into and located within the valve body from one common end.

The adapter body extends axially from a first end to a second end and includes an adapter segment and a coupling segment. The adapter segment is positioned at the first end and is configured to be coupled to another component. The coupling segment is positioned at the second end, extends from the adapter segment, and is configured to be inserted into a valve body. The passage extends through the adapter body from the first end to the second end. The ring segment extends radially from the coupling segment and is configured to engage the valve body. The ring segment forms a first seal face between the ring segment and the adapter segment and a second seal face between the ring segment and the second end.

摘要: A series progressive divider valve comprises a valve body and pistons. The valve body comprises a fluid inlet, piston bores, outlet bores, porting and undercuts. The fluid inlet extends into an exterior of the valve body. The piston bores extend through the valve body from a first end to a second end. Each piston bores includes a piston. The outlet bores extend into the valve body, each outlet bores comprises a first set of outlet bores and a second set of outlet bores. The porting forms a plurality passageways connecting the piston bores to each other and with the outlet bores such that when high pressure fluid is applied to the inlet each of the pistons reciprocates from the first end to the second end in sequence. An undercut is located at an intersection between each passageway and piston bore.

摘要: A valve assembly having a first valve defining an inlet connected to the inlet supply and an outlet connected to the concentrate chamber, a second valve defining an inlet connected to the permeate chamber and an outlet connected to the faucet, and a third valve defining an outlet connected to drain, a port connected to the concentrate chamber, and an inlet connected to the inlet supply. The port is selectively in fluid communication with the third valve outlet and inlet. When the faucet opens, the first valve opens, the second valve has permeate flowing, and the third valve opens a flowpath between the third valve port and the inlet due to pressure dropping in the second valve. When the faucet closes, the first valve closes and the third valve opens another flowpath between the third valve port and outlet due to pressure created in the second valve.

A decompression switching valve includes one valve hole, a main valve body having air supply ports, a first output port, a second output port, and an air exhaust port which are communicated with the valve hole, and a first spool and a second spool which are slidably provided in the valve hole, adjacent to each other, wherein the first spool forms a switching valve section that selectively connects the first output port to an air supply port or the air exhaust port, and wherein the second spool forms a decompression valve section that reduces the pressure of compressed air having been input from the air supply port and outputs the pressure from the second output port.
