    摘要： Technologies are disclosed for determining a best time to contact a party over a plurality of contact periods of time to achieve at least one of a desired outcome and a desired result. In various embodiments, the party has multiple contact types that can be utilized to contact the party. Accordingly, an optimal contact type for the party for each contact period is selected that identifies the contact type with a probability having the highest likelihood of achieving at least one of the desired outcome and the desired result by utilizing the contact type to contact the party during the contact period. A best time to contact the party is then identified as one of the contact periods based on the optimal contact types selected for the party for each contact period and associated probabilities.

    摘要： Systems and methods for a readiness dialog box for a call over network (CON) are provided. In some embodiments, the readiness dialog box is presented to the callers prior to the onset of the call. It presents the other participant's and their status. For example, it may indicate which participants are online, but not yet ready, those who are ready, and those not available. It also enables the caller to send messages (both preconfigured and customized) to the other participants. Once sufficient participants have joined, the call may start. Sufficiency of participants could include a quorum of individuals, may require that specific participants are ready, everyone is ready, or may be time dependent. The participant requirements may be configured by the individual setting up the call based upon call type.

    摘要： Methods and systems for scheduling a call between parties are disclosed. A system enables a first party to schedule a call with a second party at a scheduled time period. The system includes a database having stored therein an availability of at least one first party for calls for a plurality of time periods. The system can be accessed by a second party. The availability of a specific first party for a call at a scheduled time period based on the plurality of time periods is determined. The scheduled time period is selected by the second party for the call with the first party. The second party selects a mode of the call between the second party and the first party at the scheduled time period. In a first mode, the system establishes communications with the second party and the system enables communications between the second party and the first party. In a second mode, the second party calls the first party directly.
