    摘要: The present invention discloses a cleanroom for storing glass substrates. The cleanroom includes an outlet disposed on a bottom of the cleanroom. A cleaning unit is arranged on a ceiling of the cleanroom and which provides a cleaned, ionized air flow so as to eliminate a static electricity and airborne particles accumulated over a surface of a glass substrate. In addition, the present invention further provides a cleaning unit. An ionized airflow is generated so as to remove the airborne particles and static electricity accumulated over the glass substrate. It features an excellent performance, and therefore increases the yield of the product.

The seal is further configured to seal an interface between the first transport member and the second transport member. The seal is comprised of a material configured such that the seal has a level of conductivity within a selected range and such that a conductive pathway is formed between the first transport member and the second transport member.

    摘要: A canister for holding at least ten of reels of surface mount electrical or electronic components in a manner so that the reels can be removed individually through a slot located at the bottom of the stack of reels. The slot is preferably positioned and a recess provided so that a finger can be inserted under the lower surface of the lowermost reel without tilting the canister. The canister may be provided with an upper horizontal slot for insertion of reels one at a time and molded of a semiconductive plastics material that is opaque or alternatively stamped and rolled from sheet material such as aluminum or steel and coated with an anti-static paint. A vertical slot facilitates vertical sliding movement of a reel within the canister and provides visual access to easily determine the number of reels remaining for inventory control.

    摘要: This describes a portable non-pressurized anti-static device for eliminating static cling on clothes on which static electricity has built up. An absorbent material impregnated with an anti-static solution is supported by a frame. A cover, when in place, prevents the anti-static solution from being rubbed off or otherwise removed from the absorbent material until it is ready to be used. When static cling occurs, the wearer removes the cover and rubs the impregnated material against the area of the clothes affected, thereby removing the static electricity.

    摘要: An enclosure system for storage of electrostatically active, planar articles such as spark-discharge recording media. The enclosure includes a container portion, which defines a cavity for containing the articles and is conductive on all surfaces; and a nonconductive lid that fits over the container. In one embodiment, the enclosure cooperates with a set of interleaving sheets that a user places between the articles, and which make contact both with charged surfaces of the individual articles and the conductive interior of the container. In another embodiment, the interleaving sheets are integral with the article itself, thereby ensuring separation of each article from the one underneath by a layer capable of conveying electrostatic charge to the container.
