摘要： A cooking system includes a housing that encloses a chamber having a heat exchanger. A synthetic thermal fluid is circulated through the heat exchanger at temperatures between approximately 600 degrees F. and 750 degrees F. The cooking system may be used in connection with a continuous oven, a fryer and/or a heated platen thermal heated cooking system. The cooking system may further include both one or more cooking ovens operating at a first temperature and one or more fryers operating at a second, lower temperature, each heated by a common thermal fluid heater.

摘要： A rice cooking system for a microwave oven comprises an inner cooking container for containing rice and rice cooking water, main outer container holding the inner container with a space in between their side surfaces, a lid covering the outer container, and a foam control sheet having a plurality of small holes 52 and supported between the outer container and the lid. The inner cooking container is made of metal and has a folded or rolled a rim. A step at the bottom of the outer container locates the inner cooking container so that its outer wall is spaced from the outer container.

摘要： A metering device for adjusting a flow rate of a flow of liquid comprises a flow-rate adjusting device including a rotatable adjusting member, and an actuating member for rotating the adjusting member. The actuating member is connectable with the adjusting member and may be disengaged therefrom in a respective adjusted position in order to avoid unintentional or incomplete adjustment of the metering device. A hexagonal head and a mating hexagonal recess are provided on either the adjusting member or the actuating member to effect engaging and disengaging of these members.
