    摘要: An automated storage comprising a storage rack configured to store storage bins, a self-propelled shuttle vehicle configured to move along the first horizontal direction of the storage rack, a self-propelled satellite vehicle configured to be carriable by the self-propelled shuttle vehicle and configured to move along the second horizontal direction of the storage rack essentially perpendicular against the first horizontal direction, wherein the self-propelled satellite vehicle is configured to carry storage bin between the self-propelled shuttle vehicle and the storage position; wherein the self-propelled satellite vehicle comprises at least one groove on the top surface of the self-propelled satellite vehicle, a pair of mutually facing guides along the second horizontal direction wherein the self-propelled satellite vehicle is configured to move on top of the pair of mutually facing guides, a pair of mutually facing bars along the second horizontal direction essentially above the said pair of mutually facing guides wherein the storage bin is to be placed on top of the pair of mutually facing bars by the lifting lugs of the storage bin.

    摘要: To provide a low-temperature storage system that can reduce unusable idle spaces to improve space efficiency for storing storage objects and to prevent a drop in cooling efficiency with simple structure. The low-temperature storage system includes a low-temperature storage chamber accommodating a rotary storage shelf, a moving mechanism having a holding part to carry a storage rack thereon for loading and unloading a storage object in the storage rack, and a picking stage. The holding part is located such that its center axis along a direction of its back and forth movement does not intersect a rotating shaft of the rotary storage shelf. The rotary storage shelf stores the storage rack such that the storage rack, when brought to a removal position, is oriented in a same direction as that of a storage rack placed on the picking stage.

    摘要: An automated biological or chemical sample processing system includes a dock frame and at least one dock frame module. The dock frame includes at least one docking interface that operably couples and interfaces the dock frame with laboratory equipment. The dock frame defines a spine structure of the system alongside which a variable number of laboratory equipment are arrayed. The dock frame extends longitudinally and has a variable elongated configuration and longitudinal length. The at least one dock frame module includes the docking interface, where each module is interchangeable with another module, and has control features with a predetermined relationship to a reference datum of the dock frame module and with a reference datum of the dock frame so that the at least one dock frame module is interchangeably coupled in linear configuration with at least the other dock frame module to select the variable elongated configuration and longitudinal length.
