Abstract: A rotor of a dynamo-electric rotary machine includes a rotor core arranged concentrically to a rotor axis and including slots filled with electrically conductive material. A front ring is arranged at a front axial end of the slots and includes electrically conductive material, and a rear ring is arranged at a rear axial end of the slots and includes electrically conductive material. A rotor-core-distal surface of the front ring and/or rear ring has a bevel in axial direction from an outer circumference to an inner circumference, with the bevel defined by a bevel angle having a value of 3° to 30°. A support element is at least partially connected to the front and/or rear ring with a positive fit and pressed thereon axially, with the support element being supported on a shaft and having a radial end which terminates at a radial end of the front and/or rear ring.

Abstract: The invention relates to a stator (100) for an electric machine having a stator core (102) and at least one winding (110) which has a winding head (120) protruding axially beyond the stator core (102), wherein the winding head (120) comprises portions of the winding which form reversals of the winding wires, winding connection lines (126) for energizing the winding (110) and at least one radially outwardly arranged first set of winding portions (127) and one radially inwardly arranged second set of winding portions (128) spaced apart from the first set, wherein the portions of the winding connection lines (126) each run in the circumferential direction, do not protrude axially beyond the first (127) and the second (128) sets of winding portions and are arranged radially between and fixed by the first (127) and the second (128) sets of winding portions. The invention also relates to a method for producing such a stator (100) and to an electric machine having such a stator (100).

Abstract: A linear electromechanical actuator includes a housing, an electric motor, an output member, and a roller screw drive arranged within the housing. The roller screw drive includes a rod and a screw connected to each other to form the output member. The rod has an axial opening at the end proximal to the screw, and the screw has a connecting section at the end proximal to the rod with a plurality of longitudinal teeth arranged along the perimeter of the connecting section and embedded into the surface of the axial opening. The actuator further includes a retainer engaged with the rod and the screw for preventing a relative longitudinal movement thereof. Methods are also provided for assembling the output element of the actuator.

Abstract: A stator and a manufacturing method thereof is enabled to easily determine the quality of welding produced between conductors. The stator includes a stator core and a stator winding installed in the stator core. The stator winding is configured by including multiple flat conductor segments in which conductors 34 are coated with insulating films 35, respectively. At a leading end of each of the conductor segment, an exposed portion 33 is formed in which the conductor is exposed. At a coil end section of the stator winding, a pair of exposed portions of different conductor segments are joined together by laser welding. A collective conductor width in a joining direction in which exposed portions join with each other is smaller at a laser irradiation incidence side, which is a side of the exposed portions receiving laser irradiation than that at a side opposite to the laser irradiation incidence side.

Abstract: A component for an electric machine includes a flat region in which an electric line runs when the component is integrated into the electric machine and which includes a sharp edged structure. A polymer layer adheres to the flat region without further aid such as to mask the sharp-edged structure and thereby protect from damage the electric line on the flat region. The polymer layer is made of cured plastic adhesive and jetted onto the flat region in the form of threads, such that the threads are spin-coated on top of one another in the form of overlapping loops and form a network structure which spans the sharp-edged structure.
