摘要: Optical articles and methods of manufacturing the same are disclosed herein. In one aspect, the methods and optical articles formed include light-blocking compositions applied to optical substrates in accordance with the optical properties of the optical substrate. In another aspect, a method is disclosed in which the light-absorbing compositions are printed onto the optical substrate in the shape and size of the final lens that is to be formed from the optical substrate. In another aspect, the methods and optical articles utilize at least two different light-blocking compositions to achieve desired functionality of the optical article.

摘要: A wiping apparatus includes a body with an attachment assembly. The body includes a proximal end mounting the attachment assembly, and a distal end forming a mouth. The body is generally covered with a fabric material, and the mouth is lined with a plush material for cleaning, polishing, wiping and drying objects placed therein. The attachment assembly includes a recoil line reel placed in the body adjacent to the proximal end, and a recoil line selectively extending therefrom. An elastic band mounted on a distal end of the recoil line is configured for placing the apparatus on a vehicle rearview mirror or other object.

摘要: The present invention discloses an integrated and automatic eyeglass temple assembly device, including a left table frame and a right table frame. The left table frame and the right table frame are respectively provided with a frame, and each upper end of the frame is provided with a hinge feeding tray. The left table frame and the right table frame are respectively provided with a temple box, a clamping mechanism and a single temple holding assembly. The mounting slot of the temple is located between the temple clamping pushing plate and the temple holding assembly, the movable slot is at the same level with the mounting portion of the hinge, and each temple box is provided with a temple feeding cylinders. The object of the present invention is to provide integrated and automatic eyeglass temple assembly device, in which two feeding trays are used for feeding hinges onto 2 working stations and by pushing and clamping hinges with the cylinders, hinge pushing boxes and hinge pressing plates, it is possible to achieve integrated and automatic temple assembly on both working stations and improve the working efficiency.

摘要: Disclosed is a method for verifying conformity with a predetermined criterion of use of a spectacle frame intended to receive two ophthalmic lenses, including: a) at least one geometrical, mechanical, and/or structural characteristic is determined and the frame category to which the frame belongs from a set of predetermined spectacle-frame categories is deduced therefrom; b) an outline of at least one of the ophthalmic lenses intended to be mounted in the spectacle frame or of a rim of this spectacle frame is determined; c) the value of each parameter from a list of parameters of the frame is evaluated, considering the frame category of step a); the value of at least some of the parameters being evaluated as a function of the outline determined in step b); d) the conformity of the spectacle frame to the predetermined criterion is deduced from the values of the parameters of the spectacle frame.

摘要: A self-cleaning system for a vision protective lens comprises a chassis configured to be worn on a user's head, the chassis having a main body portion defining a field of view. At least one lens is coupled in angularly displaceable manner to the chassis and disposed to extend at least partially across the field of view. At least one wiper blade unit is supported on the chassis to extend across an outer surface of the lens about the field of view. The wiper blade unit includes a blade portion engaging the outer surface of the lens. A drive portion is coupled to selectively drive angular displacement of the lens. The lens is angularly displaced in selectively driven manner relative to the wiper blade unit; and, the lens is at least partially wiped by the blade portion to be cleared prior to advancement angularly into the field of view.

摘要: A computer-implemented method for establishing the representation of the edge of a spectacle lens or of a left spectacle lens and a right spectacle lens for a spectacle wearer is disclosed. The method includes: providing image data relating to the spectacle wearer with a worn spectacle frame; calculating information data derived from the image data; calculating a deterministically optimizable cost function linking the information data with spectacle lens data, wherein the spectacle lens data describe the spatial extent of at least one spectacle lens held in the spectacle frame; and setting a curve of an edge of the spectacle lens or of the left spectacle lens and the right spectacle lens by optimizing the cost function.
