The system may further comprises a second discriminator for discriminating a change in level of the magnetic pattern. 摘要： A limit switch assembly which comprises a head having an actuator, a switch having a push button protruding outwards from a first area thereof and movable between projected and depressed positions, and also having at least two terminal members protruding outwards from a second area thereof for the electrical connection with external wiring elements, a rubber hood configured to substantially tightly receive the switch therein except for the second area of the switch, and having a circumferential flange formed integrally therewith so as to extend outwards therefrom in a plane generally parallel to the first area of the switch, and a switch box having an opening defined therein at a location confronting the head, and accommodating therein the switch together with the rubber hood. The circumferential flange is, when the switch is so accommodated in the switch box, positioned exteriorly of the switch box and surrounding the opening in the switch box. The head and the switch box are connected together by means of fastening members with the actuator aligned with the push button and, at that time, the circumferential flange area, tightly clamped therebetween.

摘要： An electromagnetic relay includes a coil wound around a core both of whose ends project therefrom. A yoke extends parallel thereto, and each of its ends is formed with two pole pieces which extend towards and lie one on each side of an end of the core with a certain gap being defined therebetween. A connecting member extends parallel to the core and the yoke and is mounted so as to be movable transversely, and means are provided for establishing and breaking some electrical connection according to such transverse movement. There are provided two armature pieces, one for each end of the core and both fixed to the connecting member. Each armature piece includes a permanent magnet plate and two plates of magnetic material fixed to it so as generally to form a C shape with one of the magnetic material plates being magnetized to be a north pole and the other a south pole. Each of the two plates of magnetic material is inserted on one side of an end of the core between it and the opposing one of the pole pieces of the yoke, into the gap therebetween. The directions of magnetization of the armature pieces are oppositely oriented. Thereby, when the relay switches over, it does so without generating any off center jerking, and thus its mounting to a base is improved. Also the quality of the magnetic circuit, and the manufacturability of the relay, are improved.

摘要： By an electro-optical switch or an optical switch element utilizing diffraction by a surface acoustic wave, an input light beam is first switched over to one of light beams two or a multiple of two in number and propagating in different directions. By a surface acoustic wave which is discretely variable in frequency, the light beam in each of the different propagation direction is deflected at angles in accordance with the varying frequencies while propagating through an optical waveguide layer. It is possible to obtain by switching a very large total number of output light beams which are equal in number to the number of resolvable deflected light beams obtained in the frequency bandwidth of one surface acoustic wave, multiplied by the number of light beams obtained by switching with the optical switch element.
