    Abstract: A system for separation and drying of moist fine particle coal includes a blast blower, a surge tank, a moisture detection sensor, a control device and two pipelines, wherein the blast blower is communicated with the surge tank; one end of two pipelines which are connected in parallel is communicated with the surge tank, while the other end is communicated with a fluidized bed; a first pipeline includes a first valve, a first flowmeter, an air heater and an electric butterfly valve which are connected in series sequentially, while the second pipeline includes a second valve and a second flowmeter which are connected in series; the moisture detection sensor is arranged in the fluidized bed; and the control device is connected with the blast blower, the first valve, the first flowmeter, the air heater, the second valve, the second flowmeter and the moisture detection sensor.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a gas-powder separation three-phase jet flow fire monitor system, including a gas-powder separation three-phase fire monitor head, a filter, a nitrogen pressurization apparatus and a dry powder tank. The dry powder tank is connected to a gas-powder mixture inlet pipe of the gas-powder separation three-phase fire monitor head through a pipeline. A nitrogen outlet pipe of the gas-powder separation three-phase fire monitor head is connected with one end of the nitrogen pressurization apparatus through the filter. The other end of the nitrogen pressurization apparatus is connected with the dry powder tank. The present invention is simple in structure and convenient to use. A cyclone separation apparatus of a dry powder pipeline of the fire monitor may separate nitrogen from conveyed ultrafine dry powder to enable the ultrafine dry powder to be fully mixed with a water-based fire extinguishing agent, thereby reducing an atomization degree of jet flow and enlarging a range of the fire monitor. In addition, the separated nitrogen enters the dry powder tank for recycling after being pressurized by the pressurization apparatus, thereby reducing the fire extinguishing cost.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a reaming and self-rotating anchor rod and a construction method using the reaming and self-rotating anchor rod, which are applicable to supporting for quick tunneling of coal roadways. The reaming and self-rotating anchor rod comprises a rod body, a drill bit, a connecting member, a tray and a nut; one end the connecting member is snap-fixed to the tail part of the rod body, the other end of the connecting member is connected to an anchor rod bolter, the rod body has an annular protrusion at its middle part to block powder so that the powder fills up the clearance between the rod body and the coal mass; the drill bit has female threads and can be screwed into the front part of the rod body, and the drill bit has baffle pawls and spiral grooves on its side surface; a hole in length smaller than the length of the anchor rod is drilled out with an anchor rod bolter first, and then the anchor rod is connected to the anchor rod bolter, the drill bit on the front part of the anchor rod is placed in the preformed hole, and finally the anchor rod is driven to ream and rotate into the coal mass, so as to accomplish the construction with the reaming and self-rotating anchor rod; the reaming and self-rotating anchor rod can shorten supporting time and avoid an abandoned borehole phenomenon incurred by hole collapse or blockage, and anchoring failure, etc., and the anchor rod is simple to manufacture, low in cost, and simple and convenient to operate. Therefore, the anchor rod and the method of using it can be widely applied and can meet the requirement for quick tunneling of coal roadways.
