Each electric powerhouse cavern is perpendicular to the longitudinal direction of the mountain. The first primary traffic tunnel and the third primary traffic tunnel are disposed along the longitudinal direction of the mountain on outer sides of the two combined caverns, respectively.

A device for constructing an underground reservoir by dissolving limestone using carbon dioxide. The device includes a CO2 storage tank; an absorption tower; a decompression valve; a gas-liquid separator; a crystallizer; a vacuum pump; a buffer tank; a first booster pump; a second booster pump; and a third booster pump. The decompression valve is connected to a limestone layer, and is connected to the gas-liquid separator. The absorption tower is connected between the gas-liquid separator and the limestone layer.

A construction layout for underground caverns in a nuclear island powerhouse of an underground nuclear power plant, including: two primary caverns accomodating nuclear reactor powerhouses, combined caverns, electric powerhouse caverns, pressure relief caverns, a first primary traffic tunnel, a second primary traffic tunnel, a third primary traffic tunnel, a top adit system, a ground adit system, secondary traffic tunnels, and a side traffic tunnel. Each combined cavern and each electric powerhouse cavern are disposed at two sides of each primary cavern, respectively. Two combined caverns are in end-to-end connection and the arrangement direction of the two combined caverns are in parallel to the connecting line of the medial axes of the two primary caverns. Each pressure relief cavern is disposed between each combined cavern and a corresponding electric powerhouse cavern.

A method for building an underground storehouse by dissolving limestone with carbon dioxide, the method comprising the following steps: a.) drilling two wells extending from the ground surface (1) to a limestone layer (2), building a channel (5) allowing the two wells to communicate, and installing casing pipes (3, 4) respectively in the two wells; b.) introducing CO2 gas having at least 1 MPa of pressure into a CO2 absorbing solution having the same pressure to form a CO2 solution, flowing the CO2 solution into underground via the casing pipe (3) to react with the limestone to form a calcium bicarbonate solution, forming a cavern in the meanwhile, and discharging the calcium bicarbonate solution via the other casing pipe (4); c.) decompressing the discharged calcium bicarbonate solution to decompose the calcium bicarbonate contained in the solution into CO2, water and calcium carbonate, and recycling the separated CO2 absorption solution and the CO2; repeating steps b.) and c.) until a cavern meeting design requirements is formed, and discharging the solution from the cavern to form the underground storehouse (6). Also disclosed is a device for building an underground storehouse by dissolving limestone with carbon dioxide, the device comprising a CO2 storage tank (7), an absorption tower (8), a crystallizer (11), a pressure relief valve (9), a gas-liquid separator (10), a vacuum pump (13), a buffer (14) and booster pumps (12, 15, 16).
摘要:
A method and arrangement are proposed for injecting CO2 into a subterranean aquifer for storage therein. In order to reduce the effects of water evaporation from brine in the aquifer when dry CO2 is injected into the aquifer, the CO2 is supplied mixed with a salt-lean fluid, i.e. a fluid that contains a low concentration of ions that can precipitate out as salts. The mixing may take place at the wellhead, with the CO2 salt-lean fluids supplied via separate low-grade material pipelines. The proportion of CO2 and salt-lean fluid in the mixture is such as to obtain a CO2 composition that is saturated with salt-lean fluid at the site of injection into the aquifer. By injecting saturated or “wet” CO2, less water is evaporated from the brine and the salt precipitation is greatly reduced, so keeping the pore spaces clear and providing an increased accessible pore volume for CO2 storage.

Disclosed is a method of making a huge elongated space of square or rectangular cross section under the ground. The outer shell of the huge elongated space is built in the form of integral arrangement of lateral shell-units having shielded passages therein. Such a huge underground space can be made without requiring any large-scale equipments on the ground. The huge outer shell can be made with accuracy and efficiency by skiving and jointing adjacent parallel lateral shell-units and by using selected lateral passage of shell-units to discharge the soil or mud removed in making the underground space.
摘要:
An underwater building comprises a floating base that is to be fixed to a bottom under water or the sea and a building body is constructed on the base. The base floats on the water surface before construction of the body of the building, and the building body formed thereon has a double-walled construction having an opening between an outside wall and an inside wall. Water is selectively poured into and drained from the opening, and by its weight the building body is controllably sunk into the water. Only a gateway tower portion made in the upper portion of the building body is eventually left projecting out of the water.
